The costs During the months of December 2012 and January 2013, VTLWaveNet will be offering significant price reductions on our services with free installation on all EVPL capacity and a 50% reduction on our standard charges when combined with an AMS-IX port. Internal cabling can be offered as an additional chargeable service. The customer shall be responsible for obtaining permission for VTL WaveNet to access building locations and any incremental costs imposed on VTL WaveNet by the building owner shall be in addition to the pricing contained herein. This indicative price excludes any applicable sales, value added or other tax. Unless stated, this indicative price is based on map data and pricing shall be subject to survey and availability. VTL WaveNet reserves the right to amend this indicative price and/or to impose additional conditions as a result of any customer credit check or where required to do so for bona fide operational reasons. The provision of any services by VTL WaveNet is subject to the customer and VTL WaveNet executing VTL WaveNet s standard terms and conditions for the provision of the particular service or any such other agreement as the parties may agree. This indicative price is provided on the basis that all information provided by the customer to VTL WaveNet is accurate and complete and that all matters relevant to the provision of the service and/or its pricing have been disclosed to VTL WaveNet by the customer. VTL WaveNet reserves the right to amend this indicative price as a result of changes notified by the customer to VTL WaveNet. Note: All pricing includes the AMS-IX port charge
