Relevant job experience 05.2011 HR Manager and Bridge Team, Nokia Danmark A/S Task: HR Integration Lead for a new Nokia site in Lund, Sweden after the acquisition of Scalado A/B Deliveries: Implementing Nokia ways of working and culture. Trained employees in Nokia policies, processes and guidelines. Talent review and position leveling. Delivered proactive support to managers and employees. Business partnering with new and existing managers on all levels to make the transition as smooth as possible. Result: One of the best acquisitions and integrations in Nokia ever. Task: Ramp down Nokia Danmark A/S Deliveries: Participating in every aspect of the HR ramp down of Nokia Denmark. Legal issues and layoffs planning and execution. Policy review and scoping the organization to employ 5 employees in the future. HR transition project to centralize HR support for the remaining part of Nokia Denmark Also participating in that same transitions exercise for a lot of other European countries, where HR tasks are being centralized in regions. Result: All HR related task where completed upon closure and HR tasks were transferred to HR Central for future support. Task: Set up a Global Induction Program in Nokia. Deliveries: Project managing the European part of the Global Induction Program. Deliveries: A change management program in Nokia Denmark to strengthen site identity, build engagement, leadership development, internal communication and employer branding. Result: Copenhagen site scored top two in three different engagement categories in the annual employee satisfaction survey. Task: Implement an HR Central organization in Europe. A shared service center and one point of contact for managers and employees in Europe with questions and requests for HR support. Deliveries: Created and implemented a virtual shared service center way of working with HR professionals across Europe chipping in. Trained HR professionals across Europe in national differences, employment law and processes to support employees and managers in the region. Developed the way of working from purely operational support to HR consulting support to managers and employees when contacting HR Central.
