Polish ministry thru FM Radio Internet Music Evangelistic and follow-up courses CCM media Update Dear praying friends and partners around the world, The Lord is keeping us busy and it is a great time for us! On a personal note I had my 60 th birthday! Hard to believe, but I feel the same as I did 20 years ago. The Lord continues to give me good health, energy and passion, driven daily by the results of our Internet outreach, the effective implementation of our media strategy and the love and support of my wonderful family. The birthday celebration lasted a long time. On my birthday (22 February) I was with Krzysztof and some US friends in Minneapolis, we started the festivities with an excellent dessert! On returning to Poland there was another party on 26 February with about 100 friends (see picture), a wonderful time of recommitment and thanksgiving to the Lord. But let us now look at the current news of some of the many facets of our ministry. A celebration of Henio s 60 th birthday Paris I had a good trip to Paris, where Jesus.net foundation is being discussed. Even though we do not plan to start an organization we do want to continue as a movement. So we need some kind of a structure that will: 1. Maintain an oversight of our copyright and brand ownership. 2. Do all the research and development of new tools and media. 3. Coordinate global growth and supervise training programs. 4. Provide technical backing, servers, systems, etc. to partnering ministries around the world. 5. Look for funding. In most cases this will go directly to the countries involved but occasionally it may be more practical to go to the foundation accounts and then be forwarded. One thing is for sure: 90% of all the work is conducted (and will be, God willing) by fully autonomous, national movements who take responsibility for their territories, including follow-up. Only nationals can do it long term in an effective way! I am very excited! page 1.
NRB At NRB (National Religious Broadcasters) US convention Jesus.net received special recognition with an award as The most innovative product of a year. The benefit of such an award is that it helps to spread the news around the world and introduce us to even more people/countries. On this US trip a special bonus for me was travelling with Krzysztof, Radio CCM CEO. He is a dear friend but we rarely have time to just socialize. Krzysztof, after his Niger experience (described last month), is devoting a lot of thinking time devising ways to help the new radio people in Africa. As we were indulging ourselves in the California Spring weather, back in Poland the mountains received another metre of snow. The nights are very cold, down to -10 Celsius, but during the day the temperature rises to far above zero. Roads are kept free of ice and snow, very important as we commute so much all the time. Just yesterday we travelled 410 miles north to Gdansk to hold some more training sessions for candidates for e-coaches. It was an excellent time some 26 people attended and want to be involved both as e-coaches and as group leaders for Christianity Explored. Plowing in front of our offices. It was serious! Thank You LORD Progress on February prayer requests 1 Good traffic on our Internet web pages, again. Averaging more than 1000 visits every day! 2 Excellent trips to Paris, US, Gdansk 3 God-chosen people to go to Outback in Mobile to become the core for Polish movement 4 Great encouragement from many Friends in US, Poland, during my birthday 5 Good radio results in audience figures and advertising revenue. 6 Small video studio completed. Please PRAY March prayer requests 1 Resolving software problems to serve increased traffic. 2 Meeting our financial needs in 2012, including Polish donations. The beginning of any year is always slow. 3 Finalizing The Truth Project material. Most of the material is ready, but some work is still needed. We are closer to completion then ever before, but... 4 Getting the new Zabrze transmitter for Radio FEST. 5 The replacement transmitter in Tychy and the new transmitter for Rybnik. 6 Preparing acceptable applications for project financing for 2012 and starting to gather funds for it. 7 Good working of transmitter equipment in extreme winter conditions. A good visit of service engineers from HCJB Engineering from Elkhart, Indiana. 8 Helping new countries to get into Internet Evangelism. Now we pray for Ukraine and Niger. page 2.

On March 6 four Polish couples went to Mobile, Alabama, to attend an Outback family weekend. Please, pray for them, for a safe trip, but also great stimulation to develop a similar ministry in Poland. The Truth Project March 8 one of our board of follow-up supervisors, Zygmunt, goes to North Carolina to be trained as national leader for The Truth Project (Which we expect to be launching in May.) We expect some great results of this initiative that is a part of our Looking For God follow up program. Conferences We are preparing two national conferences. The first on 12-14 April in Lodz, is a Christian to the core conference, when, for the first time, e-coaches for this program called GROW will be trained. The promotional slogan is Let my people GROW! The second on May 11 13 is our national conference for e-coaches and candidates, and to which people seriously committed to evangelism are invited. We expect some good guests, including Eric Celerier, initiator of Jesus.net and our friend, Peter Scheele. Epilogue We do not regard being busy as a barometer of success. Nevertheless, God seems to provide many things for us to do! Please, continue to pray for us and our various ministries and their impact on real lives of people, also all the resources we need to maintain them and expand them. Many thanks for standing with us. Your prayers have made an immeasurable difference! We commit you to the Lord! You are a needed and appreciated part of what He is doing in Poland! Henryk. page 3.
Staff interview JUSTYNA RUDZKA Radio REPORTER Family home means... the warm of a hearth, calm and silence. The favourite memory from my childhood is when my grandfather bought me tailormade roller-skates. My best memory from school is that it was a long time ago but I remember it as an adventure. I miss the nice people I met there. I realised I had become an adult when I earned my first money. The one book that changed my life was Labyrinth At The Seaside by Zbigniew Herbert. In the kitchen I like to eat :) The thing that irritates me most in others is thoughtlessness and self-conceit. The thing I value most is my wedding ring. Future house in the mountains, breeding dogs and certainly working in the radio. The one thing I d like to be remembered for is being a nice and professional person. My real happiness is peace of mind and financial stability. I cannot imagine home without a comfortable bed. The one thing I passionately avoid is boredom. My worst failing is I still have a short temper. One unfulfilled ambition is losing weight. In the near future, I plan to be myself and discharge my professional and house duties. Working in Radio is like a dream which came true :) and is still valid for me. Music... I have a good time listening to the music, it makes me relaxed. page 4.
Letters A random selection of mail received during February 2012 I am 56, my husband curses me continually. I don t know how to react. Please, advise. Can God help my situation? Barbara. How can I trust God, when I feel empty, silent, darkness around, no call to prayer or communion? How can I trust people who are leading me towards Him? How can I pick up their advice when naturally I oppose all they tell me? I beg you for help, I would like to change. Please, respond quickly. Krystyna. What is the best path to deepen my faith? Arthur. Who reads my mail? In moments of weakness in my life I would like to have a spiritual mentor to encourage and help. Beata. I live in Belgium, my two daughters are to go to the first communion and they are being prepared by a priest. But in my opinion teaching is very dry. What should I do to make sure they start their relationship with God in the way you describe. Magda. How should I pray? For every intention separately or put all into one prayer? I am quite a nervous person, often I react by cursing, being offensive, it seems out of control. What should I do to control it? Krzysztof. My problem is my drinking, I stop it for some time and then go back to it. My spiritual life is devastated. How can I break that pattern? Wiktor. I want to deepen my faith and I search for a spiritual leader. Can you help? Franek. Is the voice in my head (that I call intuition) coming from God? Aniela. Why in Old Testament did God tell the Jews to kill their enemies, when it was against 10 commandments previously given? Adam, 17. How can I get closer to God? I would really like that. Maria, 15. I have lost my faith in anything. We are behind with paying the rent, my daughter has a small baby and if we do not pay they will throw us on the street. We have help from anybody, if miraculously someone would help then I will believe God exists and helps the poor, now I feel despair and helplessness Anatol. page 5.
