Sparks are flying in our Manufacturing and Engineering courses for all the right reasons. Whether you want to work with metal, in mechanics or innovative product design, or understanding how to draft structural building desings, we have a course for you and your passion. Since them Tom has truly found his passion and has become one of the best young talents in the industry. His hard work and refined skills took him to Brazil to compete in the 2015 International WorldSkills competition, qualifying after winning Gold in the Australian competition. BUILDING DESIGN The design of residential houses and commercial projects takes great skill, thought and technical knowhow. Building designers work with architects and engineers to develop working drawings and building plans for new constructions and renovations. Qualifications in Building or Landscaping Design could lead to a number of rewarding employment options as a landscape designer, building designer, construction designer, architectural draftsperson or a project manager. These courses provide industry recognised qualifications with a practical application of skills and knowledge using use of computer-aided drafting (CAD) and traditional drafting techniques.
