Pictran - is a powerful system for the photogrammetric evaluation of digital images. The Pictran overall system is a modular system. E/O/D/B/A Image Measurement: Pictran provides the capability of measuring marked points with the highest accuracy through the use of digital image processing and pattern matching methods.
