Mr. Jarek Astramowicz, age 52, studied at the Faculty of Foreign Trade of Warsaw School of Economics. In the early 1980 s he left Poland and went to the USA where he started to work for Merrill Lynch, Boston as a stock broker of limited term contracts in May, 1984, having earlier obtained licenses and authorizations of numerous American authorities of supervision and stock exchange (SEC, CFTC, NYSE and NASD). In 1990 he became the Deputy Chairman responsible for the investments of Polish-American Fund of Entrepreneurship. In 1991 he became started to work for J.Makowski Co. located in Boston, specializing at private capital investments in the energy-fuel sector, known for innovative business funding solutions for producers of energy based on natural gas, transmission companies and gas fuel storage infrastructure. While working for J. Makowski Co. he was involved in the construction projects of underground gas storage facilities, extraction of methane from coal deposits and electricity generation in Poland. In the years 1991-1994 as a representative of J.Makowski Co. he cooperated with the General Electric Group Companies, holding the position of GE Corporation representative in Poland. In the years 1995-2002 Mr. Astramowicz was a shareholder and held the position of the Chairman of the Management Board of Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna Sp. z o.o. [HP Power Plant] and later the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the same company, being responsible for establishment of the first in Poland private gas HP Plant in Nowa Sarzyna, the value thereof being $ 135 million. In 1998 Mr. Astramowicz sold his shares in the HP Plant to Enron Corporation at the same time accepting the position of Deputy Chairman of Enron Europe, responsible for Poland, Russia, Ukraine and the Baltic States. In December, 2001 Mr. Jarek Astramowicz acquired JAC EnTra (former Enron Polska) dealing in electricity trade where he was the Chairman of

the Management Board at the same time. Then the company was entirely taken over by Mercuria Energy Group Ltd. in 2006. From March, 2004 to June, 2008 Mr. Astramowicz was the General Director and Board of Directors member at Mercuria Energy Group Ltd. one of five largest private holdings dealing in the international trade of crude oil, liquid fuels and electricity. Currently Mr. J. Astramowicz is the Chairman of the Management Board of J&S Energy S.A. a subsidiary of Mercuria Energy Group Ltd., dealing in fuel trade in Poland. Moreover, in the years 1999-2004 Mr. J. Astramowicz was a member of the Board of Directors of American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, while in the years 2001 2004 he was also a member of the Board of Directors of Polish-American Fulbright Commission. Mr. Jarek Astramowicz declares that: - he does not run any competitive business towards ELZAB S.A. Computer Works, - does not participate in any competitive company as a partner to a civil association, personal partnership or capital company authority member, or any other competitive legal entity as a member of its authority, - is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept in virtue of the National Court Register. Mr. Marcin Dobrzański, age 36, is a graduate from the Faculty of Management of Warsaw University, department (major) Management and Marketing. In 2002 he completed a course for supervisory member candidates in State Treasury Companies. He completed a one year program of improving managerial skills Management 2004 under the protectorate of Harvard Business School Publishing and Canadian International Management Institute. The history of Mr. Marcin Dobrzański professional career by date is as follows: - since 02.04.2008 until present member of Ciech S.A.
