About Highland Park, Illinois P HIGHLAND PARK Public Parking Map to Convenient Parking Highland Park s Central, Ravinia and Braeside Business Districts The City of Highland Park offers abundant destinations for great shopping and dining in the Central, the Ravinia and the Braeside Districts. The City welcomes patrons of these businesses with a variety of parking options, including on-street parking, off-street parking lots and underground parking garages. The City also provides parking for employees who work in these business districts, and requires employees to utilize E-permit lots to make as much storefront parking as possible available for patrons. Handicap parking is also available in all public lots. Parking permits may be purchased at City Hall, 1707 St. Johns Avenue between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
