Study trips for groups Study Visits / Study Seminars and Practicals in Germany, headed by a university teacher Who? Students (10-15 persons, who finished the 2 nd semester) How long? 7-12 days (application deadline: 01.02 / 01.05 / 01.11) The DAAD usually arranges the program. Wishes and preferences stated in the application form will, as far as possible, be considered. Scholarship: The DAAD - provides a guide in the group language - pays for accommodation expenses (including breakfast) - 9 Euro per person/per day for lunch and dinner 13
Tips for a successful application! Plan your application thoroughly! Don t start too late! Ask your professor for a personal reference give your professor enough time! Motivation letter - Be clear about your reasons and goals! PhD - Get in contact with German university as early as possible! Be sure your application is complete! Don t use staples or other metallic items! All Documents have to be in 3 copies! (except applications for language courses) Mind the application deadline (1 th /15 th Nov. 2013)! 14
