Internships for International Students We offer the international students the possibility to apply for internships. UADE s normative study plan system is not based on credits but on contact hours (class hours). These define the relative weight and workload of a specific course as compared to the whole degree. European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) Every international student obtains different number of ECTS depending in the amount of lecture hours of each course and the academic degree level. Undegraduate Level: Courses of 68 contact hours = 6 ECTS Courses of 34 contact hours = 3 ECTS 6.8 contact hours = 1 ECTS Local students usually take five, 68 hours courses per semester. Graduate Level: 4.2 contact hours = 1 ECTS
