CANINE HANDLERS TRAINER S TRAINING COURSE Syllabus I. PURPOSE To enhance the knowledge and skills of PNP personnel in explosive detection k9 handling in furtherance of their counter terrorist operation. II. OBJECTIVES: At the end of the training, the PNP SAF will be able: a. To train PNP personnel how to effectively conduct explosive detection operations using canine asset; and b. To train and develop explosive detection dog to be used for the PNP in explosive detection operations. III.
