OPERATING RULES OF GO PARKING SERVICES (Hereinafter referred to as "Operating rules") 1. General information 1.1 GO PARKING offers the service of parking for motor vehicles in the parking lot located on the Tuchoměřice village outskirts, approximately 2 km from the departure hall of Vaclav Havel Airport Prague (hereinafter "Parking"), with free transport of passengers and luggage from the parking lot to the departure hall of Vaclav Havel Airport Prague (hereinafter "Parking Service"). The transportation is carried out by the Operator s minibuses (hereinafter "Minibus"). The fare of the minibus transport is included in the price of parking services (hereinafter referred to as "Parking fee"). Parking Price list is available at website: www.goparking.cz, under section Prices and surcharges. 1.2 The Parking service is operated non-stop. If there is no Minibus for more than 3 minutes at the boarding station (see. Section 3.2 hereof), please call the GO parking line +420 226 256 000. Please report any other discrepancies to the GO parking line +420 226 256 000. 1.3 The Parking service is operated and administrated by GO parking Parking s.r.o., seated at Sokolovská 394/17, 186 00, Prague 8, ID: 289 80 158, TAX ID: CZ28980158 ("Operator"). 1.4 The parking lot is guarded and partially covered. It is guarded by a security guard and monitored by a camera system. The Parking operation is fully automated. 1.5 Only the vehicles with a valid registration number in the technical state that fully complies with the relevant laws and with a maximum permissible weight not exceeding 3,500 kg can access the parking lot. 1.6 By entering the parking lot, customers express their consent with all the provisions hereof. Drivers of motor vehicles moving in the parking lot premises declare that they are the operators or authorized holders of these motor vehicles. 1.7 Customers shall mean the drivers of motor vehicles moving in the parking lot premises, and where it is apparent from the nature of things, also the passengers. 1.8 The parking lot is the exclusive property of the Operator and any action and movement occurring within the parking lot premises is only possible in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. 1.9 The maximum duration of parking is 3 months, unless the Operator explicitly agrees on an extension of this period in a written contract. When this period expires, the parking lot Operator disclaims any liability for damage to the parked vehicle. 1.10 The parking space reservation is possible through the website www.goparking.cz and the websites of the Operator s contractors. 1.11 Contracts for the provision of parking services between the Operator and the Customer shall be concluded through a parking ticket, parking voucher, a parking voucher payable on site or by a Go parking smart card.

1.12 When concluding the Contract through the parking ticket, a vending machine placed in front of the entrance barrier of the parking lot issues a ticket for the Customer and the Contract is then concluded upon the entrance to the parking lot with the valid ticket. The Agreement becomes legally binding for the Operator and the Customer provided that there is a parking vacancy available at this moment. Should the parking capacity be fully occupied, the Customer shall leave the parking lot within 30 minutes after the entrance. If this limit is exceeded, the Customer is required to pay the parking fee for one day of parking. 1.13 When concluding the Contract through a parking voucher or a parking voucher payable on site, the provisions specified in the General business terms and conditions of the Operator as published on the website www.goparking.cz are applicable. 1.14 When concluding the Contract through the Go parking smart card, an individual written contract specifies the binding arrangements of both parties. 2. The Operating Rules for the parking lot use: 2.1 Customers are required to respect the Go Parking Operating Rules, obey the signage at the parking lot and follow the instructions of the parking guard, minibus drivers and other persons entrusted by the Operator upon their entrance, during their parking in the parking premises and when leaving the parking lot. The provisions of the Act no. 361/2000 Coll., On Road Traffic and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Road Traffic Act), as amended, apply fully in all areas of the parking lot. 2.2 The Customer is obliged to ensure continuity and operational safety in the parking premises, obey the traffic signs and warning signals, and adjust their driving to current traffic situation in the parking lot. Above all, each Customer is obligated to keep the arrivals and departures space clear for other users of the parking lot. 2.3 Speed limit in the parking lot is max. 20 km /h. The traffic rule of priority to the right, in which a driver of a vehicle is required to give way to vehicles approaching from the right, applies in the whole parking lot. 2.4 To avoid any disrupting of the airport operation, the parked vehicles may only use the parking lights and /or dipped beam in the parking lot. In case of violation of this obligation, the Customer shall pay a contractual penalty amounting to CZK 5,000 to the Operator. 2.5 Customers are entitled to park their motor vehicles exclusively onto the space defined by the horizontal markings ("Parking place"). A customer parking the motor vehicle in such a manner that interferes with another parking space is obligated to pay the parking fee for both the occupied parking spaces. In order to force the payment of the outstanding parking ticket, the Operator is authorized to use technical devices preventing the vehicle from being moved (hereinafter referred to as "Wheel clamp") which shall be removed from the wheel only after the payment. 2.6 Customers shall use the vending machine placed in front of the parking entrance barrier to get a parking ticket, or, alternatively, use their parking voucher or parking voucher payable on site, or the Go parking smart card, to open the barrier through an automatic reader upon their arrival. Customers are kindly reminded to beware that the barrier closes immediately after every passing

motor vehicle. Simultaneous entry of two motor vehicles is prohibited and may result in damage to the motor vehicles and automatic parking system. 2.7 The customers are required to keep their parking ticket, voucher or smart card with them, so that they can prove themselves as authorized users of the Go parking service to the minibus drivers on their way back from the airport to the parking lot. Alternatively, they can do so in the parking lot at their parked car. 2.8 In case Customer was authorized to enter the parking lot by an issued parking ticket or a parking voucher payable on site, they are required to pay the Parking fee in the automatic checkout system, which displays the total amount to be paid after scanning the code of the parking ticket, parking voucher or, alternatively, a discount coupon. The displayed price shall be paid with valid and undamaged banknotes and coins. In case of an overpayment, the automated system returns the change to the Customer. A tax receipt is available upon request. Should the checkout system be out of order, Customer shall pay the Parking fee directly to the minibus drivers, who are authorized to receive the payment and provide the customers with a written receipt. The driver of a parked motor vehicle is liable for any damage caused by payment made by false or damaged banknotes or coins and is also obliged to pay a penalty of CZK 500 to the Operator. 2.9 In case a Customer enters the parking lot based on a valid parking voucher and exceeds the agreed parking period, the car of such Customer shall be authorised to leave the parking lot after the payment of the appropriate surcharge. The payment of arrears shall be made in the manner specified in Section 2.8 hereof. 2.10 If a Customer drives into a covered area of the parking lot based on the authorisation of valid parking ticket, parking voucher, a parking voucher payable on site, the car shall be allowed to leave the parking lot after an additional charge for a covered parking space is paid. The payment shall be made in the manner specified in Section 2.8 hereof. For a list of all additional charges, please see this website: www.goparking.cz/doplatky. 2.11 If a Customer drives into a covered area of the parking lot based on the authorisation of a valid Go parking smart card, the surcharge for covered parking shall be added to the regular billing. For a list of all additional charges, please see this website: www.goparking.cz/doplatky. 2.12 In case of loss of a parking ticket, parking voucher, voucher payable on site or a Go parking smart card, the Customer shall be allowed to exit the parking lot based on a manual intervention to the automatic checkout system after the payment for parking (applies to parking ticket and parking voucher payable on site) or an outstanding parking fee (applies to parking voucher), and an additional fee compensating the manual intervention to the automatic checkout system, which amounts to CZK 5,000. Consequently, a minibus driver documents the loss of the parking ticket, parking voucher, a voucher payable on site or smart card and checks the certificate of registration of a motor vehicle and trailer (ie. small technical certificate), proof of identity (ID card or passport) and a driver's license; these documents shall imply the authorization to dispose of the parked motor vehicle. 2.13 A Customer shall exit the parking lot within 30 minutes after the payment of regular parking fee (applies to the parking ticket and parking voucher payable on site) or outstanding parking fee (applies

to the parking voucher), pursuant to item 2.8, 2.9 and 2.10 hereof, otherwise it is necessary to pay the parking fee for another day. 2.14 Upon the departure from the Parking lot, the Customer shall enclose the code on the parking ticket, parking voucher or a smart card to the designated scan reader of the automatic checkout system and the gate opens. In case a Customer with a parking voucher exceeds the agreed parking period, the departure gate shall open only after the payment of arrears pursuant to the section 9.2 hereof. 2.15 It is prohibited to park outside the delimited space as defined by the horizontal markings. If a motor vehicle is parked in such a manner, the Customer is obliged to pay for both the parking spaces plus a contractual penalty for breach of this obligation in the amount of CZK 1,000 for each day of such illegal parking. 2.16 The motor vehicles which have been deregistered from the official registration or technically permanently unable to operate, and vehicles which have been parked in the parking lot for more than three months are considered as obstacles to the traffic in the parking lot, unless there is an individual written contract for such parking concluded pursuant to Section 1.9 hereof. 2.17 The motor vehicles obstructing the traffic in the parking lot and vehicles that are not parked in compliance with the Operating Rules may be towed away at the expense of their owners and released only after the payment of parking fee plus the penalty in the amount of CZK 5.000 plus any other associated costs. The following list defines other vehicles, which can be also considered as vehicles obstructing the traffic in the parking lot: - vehicles with an activated antitheft alarm; - vehicles with activated turn signal, warning signs, beam headlights or fog lights; - vehicles specified in Sections 2.16 and 2.17 hereof. 2.18 It is prohibited to enter the parking lot and park there for all motor vehicles which do not comply with specific legislation for traffic on the road, vehicles with fluid leaks or other technical defects; should there be any damage caused by the unsatisfactory technical condition of a vehicle, the owner of such a vehicle is fully financially liable for the damage and is also required to pay a penalty of CZK 5,000. 2.19 It is prohibited to leave any persons, animals or substances that can cause damage or otherwise disrupt the use of the parking lot in the parked vehicles. 2.20 Persons who are present and move in the Parking premises are responsible for any damage that their actions might cause to the Operator or third parties. 2.21 In order to ensure the payment of damages and contractual penalties arising from the use of the parking lot, the Operator is entitled to use the Wheel clamp on the parked vehicles, unless they are towed away. The Customer shall then be allowed to exit the Parking lot or overtake the motor vehicle from the towing service parking after the payment of the outstanding due sum (financial compensation for the damage and other related claims), or, provided that the price of the damage

cannot be determined, after the damage is documented in an official way, including the Customer s written obligation to pay the documented damages in full. 2.22 The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any personal belongings left in the parked vehicles. The Operator is responsible for damage to vehicles legitimately placed in the parking lot, including their usual accessories under 2945 of the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, as amended. Vehicles accessories are for example: a spare tire, car jack, assembly tools, car radio and other equipment belonging to the owner of the vehicle and intended to make the vehicle used permanently. However, an Operator is not liable for damage to a motor vehicle arising from reasons not directly related to the Operator s business activities (eg. lightning, hailstones and other natural disasters, or a spontaneous combustion of motor vehicle). 2.23 The Customer is obliged to secure the vehicle against theft, ie. in particular to lock the vehicle properly before leaving, to close windows and activate all security arrangements, which are part of the vehicle or equipment that is available to the Customer. It is forbidden to leave any valuables such as jewellery or cash in the parked car. 2.24 All Customers are obliged to check before leaving their car in the parking lot that the engine and lights have been turned off. 2.25 For special operational reasons, the Operator is entitled to relocate a parked vehicle at its own expense to another parking space within the parking lot without a prior consent of the Customer. The Operator is liable for all damages resulting from such transfer. 3. Rules for the use of transportation 3.1 The Operator provides transport of passengers and luggage by minibuses that are visibly marked with the Operator s business logo. 3.2 The minibus boarding and exiting incl. luggage takes places at areas designated by the Operator. More precisely, the minibus driver defines the place in the parking lot and there are designated boarding places at the departure halls of the Terminal North at Vaclav Havel Airport. 3.3 The designated minibus boarding place in the parking lot is located near the maintenance building, at the automatic checkout system. 3.4 The places designated by the minibus driver for the the boarding and exit from the minibus (as well as loading and unloading of luggage) are located at the Customer's vehicle parked in the parking lot. 3.5 Operator is entitled to exclude from transportation any Customer under the influence of alcohol, drugs and psychotropic substances, those who disturb the attention of minibus driver or pollute or might possibly pollute the minibus. 3.6 The minibus drivers can help to a Customer with loading and unloading of the luggage upon request. The luggage that is to be handled must meet the weight limit of 20 kg. The Operator is not liable for any damage caused by handling luggage exceeding the weight allowance. 4. Actions and activities prohibited in the parking lot:

Final Provisions: 5.1 The minibus drivers, parking guard and/or other persons authorized by the Operator are, if they see it appropriate, authorized by the Operator to require explanation from a Customer violating the Operating Rules; they are also entitled to request an appropriate penalty and other claims incurred on the Customer, prevent a parked motor vehicle from leaving the parking lot if they have any doubts, or, alternatively, expel the Customer from parking. 5.2 A partial annulment of certain provisions of the Operating Rules does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 5.3 The Operator is entitled to alter or modify the Operating Rules in any way. The Operating Rules apply to all persons entering the parking premises and they are binding in the up to date effective wording.
