INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS 1.1. These Terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and conditions") of Letiště Praha, a.s., registered office K Letišti 6/1019, Prague 6, ID: , registered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, file No (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") govern the mutual rights and obligations of the parties arising from or based on the Agreement on parking (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") entered into between the Operator and another person (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") via the Operator's website at (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), through the Website interface (hereinafter "referred to as the "Web interface") Arrangements derogating from the Terms and conditions may be agreed in the Agreement. The derogating arrangements in the Agreement take precedence over the provisions of the Terms and conditions The provisions of the Terms and conditions are an integral part of the Agreement The Agreement and the Terms and conditions are written in the Czech language. The Agreement can only be concluded in the Czech language The Agreement can be concluded solely under these Terms and conditions. The Operator expressly excludes the application of the provisions of section 1751 (2) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), and if the Customer references to its own or other Terms and conditions when concluding the Agreement, this will not be taken into account and the Agreement will be concluded in the wording of the Operator's Terms and conditions An integral part of these Terms and conditions is the Rules of operation of parking areas for motor vehicle at the Airport Prague/Ruzyně issued by the Operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules of operation"), available on the Website In using the Parking service, the Customer expressly undertakes to comply with the rules laid down in the Rules of operation The text of the Terms and conditions and/or the Rules of operation may be modified or supplemented by the Operator. This provision shall not prejudice the rights and obligations arisen

2 during the period of effect of the prior version of the Terms and conditions and/or the rules of operation. 2. PARKING SERVICE 2.1. The service of on-line booking and payment for parking provided by the Operator is a service that enables, through the Website, to book and pay in advance payments for the service consisting in being allowed to park in the parking garages Parking C, Aviatická 1082/8, Prague 6 or Parking D, Jana Kašpara, Prague 6 of Letiště Praha, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as "Parking") for a pre-selected period and in the Parking pre-selected by the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Parking service") Parking C and Parking D, where the Parking service is provided, are roofed buildings, guarded and monitored by the Operator's CCTV The Parking service for the Customer is a one-off service to be used continuously from the entrance to the Parking to the moment of the Customer's exit from the Parking. 3. ORDER OF THE PARKING SERVICE 3.1. The Customer can order the Parking service through the Website, where he fills out the respective order form, stating in particular the date and hour from when and until when he wants to use the Parking service, in whole hours (hereinafter referred to as the "Order"). The time period thus selected by the Customer is the parking period (hereinafter referred to as the "Parking period") The beginning of the Parking period may be selected as no earlier than 24 hours from the moment of submitting the Order to the Operator for processing When listing contact details in the Order, the Customer is to enter an address that is functional from the moment of submitting the Order until the moment when the Customer starts using the Parking service. The Customer is particularly obliged to set the delivery of electronic mail in his mailbox so that messages from the Operator are delivered (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer's address") The Customer is to submit the completed Order, together with his name, surname and the Customer's address (hereinafter referred to as "Contact information") through the Web interface to the Operator for processing The Agreement between the Customer and the Operator, the subject of which is the provision of the Parking service in accordance with these Terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), is concluded when the Customer pays the Price through the Web interface From the moment of conclusion of the Agreement, the Customer is entitled to the allocation of a parking space in accordance with the Agreement.

3 4. PRICE OF THE PARKING SERVICE 4.1. The Price of the Parking service will be determined depending on the Parking period demanded by the Customer in accordance with the Operator's Price list valid at the date of the Customer's making the Order, which is available on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Price list") The Operator reserves the right to change or modify the Price list at any time. The Price will always be established in accordance with the currently valid Price list available on the Website The order form includes an application for the payment of the price for the Parking service. The application displays the price of the Parking service calculated on the basis of the data entered by the Customer in accordance with art hereof (hereinafter referred to as the "Price") In the event that the Customer is the holder of a special promo code a code that is created for the purpose of special sales events (hereinafter referred to as the "Promo code"), he is to fill in this Promo code in the box at the end of the order form. The Price will then be determined with regard to the valid Operator's Price list specified for the particular type of the Promo code The Price can be paid only by payment card via the payment gateway, which is displayed to the Customer immediately after filling in the Order on the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Payment gateway") The seller will issue a tax document invoice to the Customer for the payment of the Price made based on the Agreement. The Operator is a value added tax payer. The Operator is to issue the tax document invoice to the Customer after the payment of the Price and will send it in electronic form to the Customer's address. 5. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT ON THE PARKING SERVICE 5.1. Before submitting the Order to the Operator, the Customer may review and modify the data entered in the Order, also with regard to the Customer's ability to discover and correct errors made when entering the data into the Order The Customer submits the Order to the Operator by clicking the "ZAPLATIT" (PAY NOW) button. The data in the Order are regarded as correct by the Operator The contractual relationship between the Operator and the Customer is established by the payment of the Price by the Customer through the Web interface. After conclusion of the Agreement the Operator will send an order confirmation by electronic mail to the Customer, specifically to the Customer's address The Customer agrees to the use of the means of distance communication when concluding the Agreement. The costs incurred by the Customer when using the means of distance communication in connection with the conclusion of the Agreement (the cost of the Internet connection) shall be borne by the Customer, and these costs are not different from the base rate.

4 6. PARKING CHECK 6.1. Immediately after the confirmation of the payment of the Price by the provider of the Payment gateway service, a parking check is displayed on the Website for the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Parking check") The Customer is obliged to print out the Parking check at its own expense on white A4 paper, and to have it on the day of the using of the Parking service for further processing in the Parking The Parking check may be reprinted at any time from the Website, under Manage my booking, after entering the number of the Order (the Customer receives it in the order confirmation), the post code and the Customer's address that were entered during the creation of the Order by the Customer The Parking check is portable and the person who has concluded the Agreement may pass it on to be used by a third party. In this case, such third party will be subject to the same rights and obligations as the person who concluded the Agreement if such third party wishes to use the Parking service. 7. ORDER CONFIRMATION 7.1. The Order will also be confirmed to the Customer at the Customer's address, immediately after the payment gateway service provider confirms to the Operator that the Price was paid in full The order confirmation represents a simplified invoice containing the name and surname of the Customer, Order number, invoice number, the selected Parking, the date and hour of the desired arrival and departure from the Parking, the Price including VAT, the method of Order recognition and an access code (hereinafter " order confirmation") The order confirmation contains all the necessary information to ensure that the Customer can at any time display the Parking check on the Website under Manage my booking If the Customer after the conclusion of the Agreement establishes that the submitted Order contains erroneous information, he is obliged to immediately inform the Operator by at parking.dispecink@prg.aero. In the , the Customer is to indicate which data in the Order are wrong, and to provide their correct form. The Operator is not obliged to ensure a change in the Order, in particular the date and time of the commencement and termination of use of the parking service, if not informed of the need for change by the Customer at least 24 hours prior to the originally agreed beginning of the use of the Parking service. 8. CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA 8.1. By filling in the data in the Order and submitting it to the Operator, in particular the name, surname, address, Customer's address, phone and other data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal data"), the Customer grants the Operator consent to their processing and storage in accordance with Act No.

5 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain laws, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal data protection act") The personal data provided by the Customer to the Operator for the purpose of conclusion of the Agreement will be used by the Operator to carry out and implement the Agreement Furthermore, by submitting the Order to the Operator the Customer grants an express consent to the Operator to send information about new products and other news from its offer of services If the Customer wishes to revoke his consent given in accordance with this art hereof, it is sufficient to click the link allowing automatic unsubscription from the database for sending news and service offerings that will be part of any such promotional communication The Operator may commission a third person to process the data as a processor Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period. Personal data will be processed in electronic form, in an automated way or in printed form in a non-automated way The Customer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he was advised that this is a voluntary provision of personal data In the event that the Customer assumes that the Operator or the processor is processing the personal data in conflict with the protection of the private and personal life of the Customer or in conflict with the law, in particular where personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, he may: ask the Operator or processor for explanation, demand that the Operator or processor remedy such a state If the Customer asks for information about the processing of his personal data, the Operator is obliged to provide him with such information. The Operator has the right to require for the provision of the information referred to in the previous sentence appropriate remuneration not exceeding the costs necessary for the provision of information. 9. STATUTORY RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT 9.1. The Customer has, in accordance with the provisions of section 1829 (1) of the Civil Code, the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days of the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Notification of withdrawal from the Agreement by the Customer must be sent within a period of fourteen (14) days of the date of conclusion of the Agreement. To withdraw from the Agreement, the Customer may use the standard form provided by the Operator, which is attached as Annex 2 of the Terms and conditions. The Customer may send the withdrawal from the Agreement, inter alia, at the address of the Operator's business premises or the Operator's address parking.dispecink@prg.aero.

6 9.2. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement pursuant to art hereof the Agreement is canceled from the beginning Where the Customer withdraws, in accordance with this art hereof, from an Agreement under which the Operator has been performing on the basis of the Customer's express request before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, the Customer shall pay the Operator a proportion of the agreed Price for the performance delivered until the moment of withdrawal from the Agreement In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement pursuant to art hereof the Operator returns the Price received from the Customer within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Customer's withdrawal from the Agreement to the account associated with the payment card from which the Price was paid. The Operator is also entitled to return the Price otherwise if the Customer agrees and does not incur further costs Until the moment of use of the Parking service by the Customer, the Operator is entitled to withdraw from the Agreement at any time. In such case, the Operator shall return the Price to the Customer without undue delay, by transfer to the account specified by the Customer. 10. CONTRACTUAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT In addition to the Customer's right to withdraw from the Agreement according to art hereof, the Operator provides the Customer with the right to withdraw from the Agreement after expiry of the period laid down in art. 9.1 hereof; however, the withdrawal in this case must be notified to the Operator no later than 24 hours before the start of using the Parking service as stated in the Parking check The notification of withdrawal from the Agreement pursuant to art is to be sent by the Customer together with his name, surname, contact address, and his Order number (assigned in the Electronic order confirmation) electronically to the address parking.dispecink@prg.aero In the event that the Customer complies with the procedure laid down in art hereof in withdrawing from the Agreement, especially if he provides the Operator with all the required information and sends the notice of withdrawal to the specified address, the Operator will return to the Customer the Price paid reduced by a flat rate of 250 CZK to cover the Operator's administrative costs of processing and cancellation of the Order The Operator will inform the Customer without undue delay to Customer's address that it has received a timely and valid notification of withdrawal from the Agreement in accordance with this art hereof In the event that the Price is lower than 250 CZK, the flat rate fee for the cancellation of the Order will be deducted in the amount of the Price of the paid by the Customer. In such case, the Customer is not entitled to repayment of the Price despite having made a valid withdrawal from the Agreement

7 according to art hereof The Price according to art. 10 will be returned to the Customer always the account associated with the payment card by means of which the Price based on the Order was paid The Operator will pay the Price according to art. 10 hereof within 30 calendar days of the date when the notification of withdrawal from the Agreement according to art and hereof was delivered to it. In the event that the Operator requests additional information necessary to process the Customer's request to withdraw from the contract, the period of 30 calendar days commences on the date of delivery of such information to the Operator at For the exclusion of any doubt the Operator expressly states that it is not possible to withdraw from the Agreement within the meaning of art. 10 hereof later than 24 hours before the agreed beginning of the Parking service according to the Parking check. 11. USE OF PARKING CHECK Before arrival to the Parking, the Customer is obliged to, at his own cost, print out the Parking check with numerical code on clean white A4 paper The use of the Parking service is possible only upon presentation of a valid Parking check with printed numerical code, which the Customer is obliged to present upon arrival to the Parking On arrival at the Parking the Customer enters the numerical code on the PIN keyboard and after verifying the validity, the parking facility or in case of malfunction by an employee of the Operator will issue a paper parking card (hereinafter referred to as the "Card"), which will be automatically coded to the ordered Parking period stated in the Parking check and which the Customer is obliged to keep for the exit from the Parking In the case of reasonable doubt of the Operator on the validity or authenticity of the Parking check, the Customer may be denied entrance to the Parking until the verification of the authenticity or validity of the Parking check Upon departure from the Parking the Customer inserts the card into the card reader of the parking facility or submits it to an employee of the Operator in case of malfunction of the facility. After verification of the card the Customer will be allowed to exit the Parking If the Customer leaves the vehicle in the Parking for a longer period than agreed in the Agreement and specified in the Parking check, he is obliged to pay the difference between the Price paid and the final billing carried out on the basis of the actual used hours of the Parking service according to the Price list (hereinafter referred to as the "Difference") Until the moment of payment of the Difference the Customer will not be allowed to exit the Parking The difference can be paid by credit card or in cash in one of the Operator's automatic cash boxes

8 located in the Parking Where the Customer exits the Parking with his vehicle without exhausting all the paid Parking period for which the Parking service was negotiated, the Parking check and the Card are no longer valid. In such case, the Customer will not be allowed to return to the Parking to use the remaining Parking period regardless of the fact that the Customer has not used the entire negotiated Parking period. In that case, the Customer has no right to the calculation and payment of the difference in the Price and the price that would have matched the actually used Parking time according to the Price list In the event of loss, theft or damage to the Parking check and/or the card, the Customer will be charged by the Operator with a flat-rate administrative fee in excess of the Price, in accordance with the Price list The Customer is obliged to notify any loss, theft or damage to the Parking check to the Operator without undue delay to the Parking control room located in the building of Parking C (Aviatická 1082/8, Prague 6) or at The Operator assumes no responsibility for possible misuse of the Parking check by a person different from the Customer. 12. OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES In relation to the Customer the Operator is not bound by any codes of conduct within the meaning of the provisions of section 1826 (1)(e) of the Civil Code The Operator handles the complaints of consumers-customers at parking.dispecink@prg.aero. The Operator is to send the information on the completion of handling the Customer's complaint to the Customer's address The Operator is authorized to provide the Parking service on the basis of a trade license. Trade control is carried out by the respective Trade Licensing Office as part of its competence. Supervision of the area of the protection of personal data is carried out by Office for the Protection of Personal Data. The Czech Trade Inspection carries out, in a defined scope, supervision of compliance with the Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on consumer protection, as amended The Customer hereby assumes the danger of changes in circumstances within the meaning of section 1765 (2) of the Civil Code The Operator has the right to refuse an Order of the Parking service and therefore not conclude an Agreement with a Customer in particular in the event that the capacity of the Parking is fully exhausted for the required period Where a parking space is not available in the Parking to the Customer within 30 minutes of the agreed beginning of the Parking period in case of unexpected malfunction of the electronic system, other technical malfunction on the side of the Operator, other administrative error of the Operator or a

9 situation resulting from an emergency, the Customer may require repayment of the Price paid In the case described in art hereof, the Customer also has the right to a gratuitous conclusion of a new Agreement for parking in the Parking with the Operator, but not exceeding the duration of the Parking service according to the original Agreement The Customer is to exercise the entitlement to the repayment of the Price paid in accordance with art and 12.7 hereof immediately after failure to assign a parking space in accordance with art and 12.7 hereof with the Operator at the Parking control room in the building of Parking C (Aviatická 1082/8, Prague 6) or at The Price will be returned to the Customer to the account associated with the payment card, from which the Price was paid in concluding the Agreement The Customer may require the conclusion of a new Agreement in accordance with art hereof from the Operator at parking.dispecink@prg.aero or in the form of a written notification which the Customer may fill out in the Parking control room located in Parking C (Aviatická 1082/8, Prague 6) within 30 calendar days of the occurrence of the situation described in art hereof. 13. DELIVERY Communications for the Customer may be delivered to the Customer's address Communications by the Customer will be delivered at parking.dispecink@prg.aero or address Letiště Praha, a.s., K Letišti 1019/6, Prague 6, The Operator is not obliged to take into account documents and acts which the Customer delivers to the Operator in a different manner than as provided for herein messages sent by the Operator to the Customer to his Customer's address will be considered delivered at the moment of their sending by the Operator. The Operator is liable for any errors in the transmission of an message only where the Operator causes the error itself. 14. FINAL PROVISIONS If the relationship established by the Agreement contains an international (foreign) element, the parties agree that the relationship shall be governed by Czech law. This shall not prejudice the rights of the consumer arising from the generally binding legal regulations If any provision of the Terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or ineffective, it will be replaced by a provision the meaning of which is as similar as that of the original provision as possible. Invalidity or ineffectiveness of one provision does not affect the validity of the other provisions. Modifications and supplements to the Agreement or Terms and conditions require a written form.
