Agenda Item No. 4.E.6 ManaSota League of Cities c/o Trish Granger, Registered Agent 501 Bay Isles Road Longboat Key Town Hall Longboat Key, FL 34228 Re: Public Records Dear Ms. Granger: It has come to my attention that the ManaSota League of Cities may have some continuing concerns about League records that remain in the possession of the City of Sarasota. I write to offer two suggestions as to how the situation could be best resolved. First, the office of the City Auditor and Clerk would be happy to open their files to Gail Loeffler in the event she would like to make a return visit to locate any records that were not located on her initial visit. Alternatively, if you would be able to kindly advise the Office of the City Auditor and Clerk in writing as to those particular records that you do not currently possess, they would be able to search for those records you specify- and to advise you as to which records they are able to locate. We look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely yours, /lg Mayor City of Sarasota Post Office Box 1058 Sarasota, Florida 34230
