Will REDEFINE ACUTE CARE stick if I have oily skin? If you have oily skin, wash your face with your usual face wash and wipe the eye area with a REDEFINE Eye Cloth. Gently press a gauze pad to your face to absorb any residual moisture on the skin. Apply ACUTE CARE to dry skin. 31. REDEFINE ACUTE CARE irritated my skin. What should I do? Can I continue to use ACUTE CARE?
If you notice that the skin is red or irritated, remove ACUTE CARE and any residual product with a gauze pad. Discontinue use of ACUTE CARE. If the skin has become red or irritated, we suggest the following: Step 1: Gently cleanse the face of any residual product (with either water or a mild cleanser), then rinse and gently pat the skin dry. Step 2: Apply a hydrocortisone 1% cream to localized areas of irritation or redness as directed, staying away from the eye. Step 3: If your skin feels dry, layer with a mild moisturizer as directed. If the skin feels warm, apply a cold compress and hold this on the area for three to five minutes, three times an hour. REDEFINE ACUTE CARE did not stay on during the night. Why is that? It is important to follow the usage instructions for ACUTE CARE so that the adhesive will stick. If the patch is uncomfortable, you may just need to get used to it for about 10-15 minutes OR it should be placed differently. Be gentle with placement. ACUTE CARE should be in full contact with the skin without air bubbles. It should not be tapped onto the skin but gently pressed allow the technology to do the work. Do not apply excess pressure.
