Introduction Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) Professional is an easy-to-use and comprehensive content development, deployment, and maintenance platform for increasing project, program, and user productivity. With Oracle UPK Professional, project teams can mitigate risk through all phases of any project lifecycle, dramatically reduce the time to deployment, and ensure end user adoption. Multi-user Install Content authors use the Oracle UPK development tool to create content. This section outlines the technical requirements for a multi-user installation of the UPK development tool. In a multi-user installation, the core UPK development tool files are installed on a central server for content sharing, and a client version of the UPK development tool is installed locally on the content author s workstation. Server Requirements for a Multi-user Install 4 cores; 2 GHz or greater 4 GB or greater 100 MB for program files 100 MB connection capable of communicating via HTTP(S) and TCP/IP Connection utilized for communication between the development server and the database server.
