Apply in a regular protective schedule from green tip up to and including second cover spray. After the second cover spray, reduce rate to 1.0 to 1.5 kg per 1000 litres if scab is at a low level in the orchard. Do not apply within 1 day of harvest. For control of cedar-apple rust apply 1.5 to 2.25 kg THIRAM 75 WP in 1000 litres of water. Apply in tight cluster through first cover spray. If recommended by local authorities, apply a special bloom spray at 750 grams per 1000 litres. Keep foliage and fruit covered during infestation periods. Do not apply within 1 day of harvest. PEACHES: For the control of scab, apply 1.5 to 2.25 kg THIRAM 75 WP in 1000 litres of water. Apply at petal fall and repeat 3 to 6 times at intervals of 10 to 14 days until the disease is under control. Do not apply within 7 days of harvest. For the control of brown rot (blossom blight, fruit rot) apply 1.5 to 2.25 kg THIRAM 75 per 1000 litres of water. For blossom blight apply at intervals of 3 to 4 days during bloom, timed to keep newly opened blossoms covered. For fruit rot, apply at petal fall and 2 weeks later. If rot is apparent on the green fruit, make 1 or more additional applications at 7 day intervals beginning about one month before harvest. Do not apply within 7 days of harvest. PLUMS: To control plum pockets (Taphrina communis) apply THIRAM 75 WP at the rate of 6.72 kg in 1100 1700 litres water per hectare. Apply with ground equipment as a dormant spray either in the spring or fall. STRAWBERRIES: For the control of gray-mold fruit rot apply 2.25 to 2.5 kg THIRAM 75 WP in 1000 litres of water. Make 3 to 5 applications at 10 day intervals beginning early in the blossom stage. Apply for thorough coverage of buds, blossoms and developing fruit. Use up to 2000 litres per ha. Use 30 to 40 kg per ha as a dust application. Do not apply within 3 days of harvest. CELERY (in plant beds): For control of early blight, late blight, rhizoctonia and damping-off apply 1.5 kg THIRAM 75 WP in 1000 litres of water. Apply 70 to 105 litres per 100 m 2 at 3 day intervals. Shorten the interval under conditions of severe disease incidence. Do not apply within 7 days of harvest. SWEET POTATOES: For control of stem rot and scurf apply 1.75 kg THIRAM 75 WP in 1000 litres of water. Dip roots of sprouts for 30 seconds in the suspension. Plant promptly after treatment.

Any fungal population may contain individuals naturally resistant to THIRAM 75 WP and other Group M fungicides. A gradual or total loss of pest control may occur over time if these fungicides are used repeatedly in the same fields. Other resistance mechanisms that are not linked to the site of action but are specific for individual chemicals, such as enhanced metabolism, may also exist. Appropriate resistancemanagement strategies should be followed. To delay fungicide resistance: Where possible, rotate the use of THIRAM 75 WP or other Group M fungicides with different groups that control the same pathogens. Use tank mixtures with fungicide from a different group when such use is permitted. Fungicide use should be based on an IPM program that includes scouting, historical information related to pesticide use and crop rotation, and considers cultural, biological and other chemical control practices. Monitor treated fungal populations for resistance development. If disease continues to progress after treatment with this product, do not increase the use rate. Discontinue use of this product, and switch to another fungicide with a different target site of action, if available. Contact your local extension specialist or certified crop advisors for any additional pesticide resistance-management and/or IPM recommendations for specific crops and pathogens. For further information and to report suspected resistance, contact Crompton Co./Cie at 1-800-350-1745 or at www.chemtura.com. USE RESTRICTIONS: 1. Label treated seed "Do not use for food or feed.
