Frequently Asked Questions Do you have a showroom? No. However, personal appointments can be made. Please call ahead for availability. What are your delivery hours? Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Specified times or after hour deliveries can be made for an additional charge. Do you charge for delivery? A nominal round trip fee is based on the city of delivery. There will be additional charges for traversing rough terrain, going up or down stairs or walking great distances from the parking facility. We must be informed of any of these conditions when placing the order. Do you have a minimum order for delivery? No, Avalon Tent & Party does not have a minimum order. Do your drivers set up the equipment? Avalon is responsible for the installation and removal of all tenting. Linens, tables, chairs, and other accessories are normally dropped or placed in stacks in specified locations. However, requests for set up can be accommodated for an additional cost. What do I do with my linens and other rentals? Linens need to be kept dry and free to prevent mildew and damage. Equipment should be ready for pick up in a single location. What are your terms for payment? Avalon Tent & Party requires a credit card to reserve an order. Payment is due prior to delivery. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Can someone visit my house or event site? Avalon has a staff of party consultants who can measure and layout your yard or event site and advise you on the best possible scenarios. A charge will apply call for details. What size tents/canopies do you rent? Avalon Tent & Party carries a wide range of sizes ranging from 10 X 10 to 100 X 200. From small gatherings to large festivals, Avalon has a size or style of tent to fit your needs. What is your cancellation policy? Any orders cancelled within 48 hours before delivery or will call date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled day of delivery or time of delivery are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. * Damage or shortage will be charged at our cost per item. * Prices subject to change without notice
