Basic Emission Sandards Elecromagneic emission is he phenomenon by which elecromagneic energy emanaes from a source. Radio Frequency Emission Radio frequency emission, also called radio frequency inerference (RFI) is an elecromagneic disurbance which is generaed by elecrical apparaus and can be received by oher equipmen. Produc Family EMC Sandards define specific elecromagneic (EM) requiremens and es procedures dedicaed o paricular produc families. They also give precise performance crieria aking ino accoun he purpose of he equipmen where possible. They apply he Basic Sandards and coordinae wih he Generic Sandards o he exen pracicable. Applicable Produc Family EMC Sandards ake precedence over Generic Sandards.
