Regiment Security LLC Responsible Risk Solutions Maritime Security Services

INTRODUCTION Piracy and maritime terrorism has emerged as one of the most severe security threats in recent times and the challenge of mitigating such a threat is significant. Regiment Security LLC (RSL) has formed a strategic partnership with one of the best American based Maritme service companies on the market - Energy & Maritme Security Services LLC (EMSS). This unique strategic partnership offers the customer turn-key maritime security solutions for all types of Vessels that are required to transit through or operate in waterways in high risk regions. Gulf of Aden (GoA), West and East African coastal regions, The Malacca Straits, South China Seas, Pacific and Indian Oceans Regiment Security has successfully provided personnel and assets for over 80 maritime protection tasks with no loss of life or assets Regiment Security can provide 24/7 coverage and operational oversight of all tasks conducted, ensuring that communications with the on-board security teams is constant and that the security situation, sea state, vessel speed, coordinates and future intentions are known to the client and operations management team. We do not sub-contract our assigned tasks to questionable companies or individuals; we maintain full command and control of the entire operation from the initial inquiry to the final task report. OUR MARITIME PROTECTION SOLUTIONS INCLUDE: Maritime security consultancy Unarmed security operators on board client s vessels using non-lethal options Unarmed security operators onboard the clients vessel with armed operators on an escort vessel Armed security operators onboard the client s vessel and escort vessel Armed or unarmed operators on static sea platforms Armed security operators Vessels, rigs and platforms Non-lethal countermeasures

OUR MARITIME SECURITY COMPLIANCE AND TRAINING SOLUTIONS INCLUDE: Port facility risk assessments and security surveys Vessel and platform risk assessment and security surveys ISPS compliant audits ISO 28000 supply chain audits and surveys Maritime security training Anti-piracy suppression training Operations management team command and control training Communications and medical trauma training CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS RSL sits in a unique position in that it has access to local and government connections that make up the armed operator component of our security teams. These teams of security professionals are trained by our expatriate Team Leaders in all aspects of RSL standard operating procedures and immediate action drills. It is our preference to incorporate a range of lethal weapons on each mission conducted in the GoA and East/West Africa coastal regions. Our transits through the GoA typically start and/or finish in either Hodeidah (Port Salif) or Nishtun. All logistics for our GoA operations or missions starting in Nigeria or Kenya are carefully organized and managed by our local partners and agents. It is their role to receive, legalize and internally transport the security team to the pick-up point and at the completion of the task to safely extract the team for homebound demobilization. Additionally, for missions that start in the GoA and continue south along the African coast to Kenya or Tanzania, an additional team of armed expat security personnel will take over from the team in Nishtun for the remainder of the transit. KEY PERSONNEL: Coupled with the unique strategic partnership of Adam Hamon founder and President of Regiment Security, and Alan Brosnan Founder and President of Energy Maritime Security Services (EMSS) the Security solutions offered to the customer for all operations at Sea or Port is the best available on the market today. Our security operators are carefully selected former military, law enforcement or security professionals who have served worldwide in high risk environments both on land and at sea. We train our operators to meet the demands of both disciplines but to be deployed on maritime operations they must be trained in anti-piracy suppression and have an in-depth knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations (IMO ISPS Compliances), safety of life at sea (SOLAS) as well as any local and international laws. Our approach is simple: Employ the best personnel Ensure training to the standard of the worst case scenario Demand the highest individual accountability SECURITY TEAM BREAKDOWN: The three categories of operator are Task Commander, Team Leader and Operator. The Task Commander will be assigned to the client s vessel and will be responsible for maintaining a close liaison with the Captain on all matters to do with anti-piracy. The Team Leaders will be responsible for controlling the operators during their shifts. A typical breakdown for a Gulf of Aden transit would be: Task Commander x 1 expat Team Leaders x 2 expats Operators x 4 National Coast Guard Operators Note: For larger vessels, it might be necessary to increase the number of Operators to eight. PRICING: RSL will price a task based on the requirements of the client. The price will be all inclusive with no hidden costs. It will include, but not be limited to: Expat and local Government security personnel Weapons and ammunition

Team equipment (uniforms, radios, satellite and mobile/cellular phones, computers, medical kits, etc) International return travel for security team In-country travel to/from embarkation and debarkation points 24/7 operations oversight team Accommodation when not on at sea Transit vessel to transport the security team to the client s vessel (if required) Escort vessel for armed security team (if required) Independent contractor insurance coverage General liability insurance Note: Associated costs will be outlined in a separate proposal. If we were to establish a Master Service Agreement with a particular client then RSL is open to discuss long term discounts. INSURANCE: RSL LLC has the required insurances in place for the provision of maritime security. We will gladly provide more information upon request. CONTACT: Should you have any questions regarding RSL s capability or you would like to discuss a maritime security requirement with us, please do contact us and we will be delighted to respond.
