10 The System You order with Thornton the spare parts to be delivered on board of one of your vessels calling any of the ports serviced by Partco. Thornton organises delivery and confirms delivery date and hour. When the delivery has been carried out, Thornton confirms delivery with detail of parts delivered and parts picked up if any. Invoices with delivery and pickup notes will be issued by Thornton.

11 Ship reporting software Software to be loaded on the shipscomputer from CD or from the web including inventory of shipkit(s) onboard, damagereport program and spare parts replenishment order. Through this reporting program the crew can report any malfunctioning of container or and repairs carried out. The usage of any spare part will automaticaly be deducted from the shipkit inventory and replenishment order sheet can be completed. The system will automaticaly and regularely inform the crew of the number spare parts used till replenishment is completed.

12 Web Site excel data reports These Excel reports will enable you to extract and manipulate all data related to your shipkits and spare parts usage such as generating statiscics and graphs. Shipkit reports will provide information on the actual location and inventory of any Ship kit in the fleet. Spare parts usage report will provide the global spare part usage per item aswell as per vessel, location, shipkit, period in time or by file. Damage report will provide you with an overview of all reported damages or repairs carried out onboard of your vessels.

The information provided by the system ar covering all supplies aswell as pickups: location, vessel, shipkit, dates of order, delivery, invoicing, spare parts number and descrition, list price, quantity, discount, net price, import duties, core charges, handling charges, warranty claims..
