Attachment A VARIATION TO LICENCE AREA PLAN BRIDGETOWN (RADIO) May 2001

LICENCE AREA PLAN BRIDGETOWN VARIATION The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio services in the Bridgetown area of Western Australia, determined on 5 November 1996, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting s Act 1992.` The variation comprises a variation of the technical specifications of the commercial radio service designated by the technical specification number TS10002152 as set out below: Category of Transmitter Specification No: Specifications General Area Served by Transmitter Status Commercial TS10005729 See attachment 1.8.1 Bridgetown Vary The technical specifications set out in Schedule One and Attachment 1.8 of the licence area plan are deleted. The varied technical specifications now applicable to this service are set out in Schedule One and Attachment 1.8.1 to this instrument. (Determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 24 May 2001)

SCHEDULE Schedule One sets out: the category of each of the services that are to be available in that area (column one). The status of the service (column two) does not form part of the licence area plan decision and is included for reference only. The frequency for each transmitter (column three) does not form part of the licence area plan decision and is included for reference only. the service licence number which has been allocated to the service, if appropriate (column four. the number of transmitters required to transmit the service, the technical specification number which has been allocated to each transmitter (column five), the identifying number of the attachment where the technical specifications for each transmitter are described (column six). (Each set of technical specifications referred to in the Schedules is an attachment to this determination). the general area served by each transmitter (column seven).
