For example, if you spend $2,000 on foreign purchases, you will avoid paying $60 in foreign transaction fees, based on a 3% fee that is charged on select Citi cards. $0 Liability on Unauthorized Charges Whether online or at a store, if someone uses your card without consent, you won t have to worry about paying for charges you didn t authorize. Billing Dispute Resolution If there s a problem with a purchase made using your Citi ThankYou Premier Card, we will gladly serve as the liaison between you and the vendor to help resolve the issue quickly. The Lost Wallet Service If you ve lost your card, we ll replace it, usually within 24 hours. In addition, we ll provide you with emergency cash, subject to your available revolving credit limit and cash advance limit. 8 Fraud Early Warning Our Fraud Early Warning monitors your account to detect potentially fraudulent transactions. If we see suspicious activity, we will take appropriate actions to protect your account, including contacting you to validate the transactions.
