Contents 1 Our Process 2 Plan Design Consulting 3 Investment Solutions 4 Fiduciary Oversight 5 Participant Communications 6 Our Clear Mission

1 Our Process With increased regulatory pressure on Plan Sponsors to provide a cost-efficient retirement plan that is in the best interest of employees, our streamlined process has you covered. In an effort for greater fee transparency, the Department of Labor passed regulations that require service providers to the plan to disclose their fees to plan sponsors (starting July 2012) and to participants (starting August 2012). What does this mean to you? The DOL s mandatory disclosures will raise awareness of a plan s fees and expenses, which in turn may invite scrutiny of the overall plan s investments and services to determine if they are reasonable. With evolving regulations and increased litigation, it s critical to have a documented process in place to ensure you, as plan sponsor, meet your fiduciary duty under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). That fiduciary duty includes providing a cost-effective plan that is in the best interest of your employees. Did you know 71% of workers polled for AARP believed that they did not pay any fees for their 401(k) plan. MSN Money Is your 401(k) ripping you off?, GAO Study Our Process Ensures Your Plan Meets Fiduciary Requirements Annual Review Annual plan review and compliance reports/documentation; plan tune-up as needed. Assist Employees Annual enrollment meetings and one-on-one as needed to encourage plan participation and offering investment education or advice to participants. Benchmark Study Compare your current plan vs. industry/peers in plan design, investment and service provider fees. Review Plan Design Based on benchmarking, determine plan changes aligned with company goals; document decisions. Select/Monitor Investments Select and monitor investments as 3(21) Fiduciary and 3(38) Investment Manager; document decisions.

2 Plan Design Consulting We understand the importance of encouraging employees to participate in their financial futures. By creating, benchmarking and monitoring cost-efficient plans we will help your employees retire ready. Are Your Employees In the Plan - and Saving Enough? Plan participation is the first step to saving, but encouraging them to save enough to meet their needs in retirement is critical. Having auto features in place (auto-enrollment, auto deferral increases and annual re-enrollment) can help your employees save. Our benchmark study will show you how your plan compares to industry peers to keep your recruiting and retention efforts competitive. Are the Plan Fees Reasonable? High service or investment fees can impact your business bottom line and erode your and your employees - nest egg over time. And, with the Department of Labor s new fee disclosure rules, it s more important than ever to benchmark your plan to check fees: Plan Sponsors: ERISA Section 408(b)(2) requires service providers to provide up-front fee disclosures and updates within 60 days after changes Participants: ERISA Section 404(a) requires plans to provide quarterly statements of fees paid from participant accounts Did you know Over 90% of participants want more guidance on how to make sure their money lasts through retirement, with 57% stating that they would like plan sponsors to take a more active role helping them meet this goal. Did you know BlackRock 2011 DC Survey As fiduciaries of the plan, plan sponsors should have a process in place to ensure you and your participants are receiving these disclosures, and that the plan fees are reviewed and deemed reasonable. We help manage this for you. How We Help You: Comprehensive Benchmarking Study We ll compare your existing plan vs. industry peers to check investment and service fees, plan participation and overall plan design, annually. Analysis & Recommendations We ll provide analysis and recommendations for plan design, investment or service provider changes in alignment with your plan objectives. TPA/Record Keeper Management We ll help you understand the fees providers charge for their services, and act as your advocate for any necessary changes. Documentation We ll ensure you have the right process and documentation in place to meet your fiduciary requirements.

Investment Solutions Target Date Portfolios Our target date portfolios offer participants an efficient way to keep their investment allocation appropriate during their working career and through retirement. OCM Target Date Portfolios As your retirement date nears, our target date portfolios are designed to mitigate market risk by reducing your equity exposure. We begin with a predominantly stock allocation for portfolios with a longer time horizon (those who are a long way from retirement) and gradually adjust towards a more conservative portfolio with a higher allocation to bonds as the employee approaches retirement. Did you know Congress passed a law in 2006 making it easier for employers to use target-date funds as a default 401(k) option, and 81% of large employers now offer them.
