Solution architecture and components The Multiscreen Video Platform is built on a modular architecture that can adapt to any service provider environment. This architecture includes three key tiers: Multiscreen Clients, which present video services such as live TV, catch-up TV and premium movies to end users for purchase and consumption The Multiscreen CDN, which encodes, encrypts, and stores live and on-demand content and delivers it to end users through next-generation on-net CDN services The Multiscreen Cloud, which manages service offers, subscribers, commerce, content assets and workflows The solution combines a scalable, service-oriented architecture with agile development practices.
