This solutlon focuses on enrollment management concerns by reducing Implementation time and placing more emphasis on improving retention outcomes. The consultants provide the Implementation setup and then train the users on the solution. Once in place the consultants analyze data tracked through Retention Alert and recommend opportunities for Improvement. Before a client can lmplement this package they must be live on R18 and WebAdvisor. The services included are intended to be delivered via remote offering to allow Oatatel to assign appropriate resources as needed, however the Implementation Preparation phase can support 12-16 onsite hours for interviews and discoveries.
