6 Rockend Certified Consultants Program Terms and Conditions 1.The Applicant warrants that they have the appropriate industry and/or product skills and knowledge to provide the prescribed services based on the certification type chosen by the Applicant to Rockend clients. 2.The Applicant understands that they may be required to undertake further Rockend product training as deemed appropriate by Rockend. Any additional training will be provided to the Applicant by Rockend at no expense to the Applicant. The Applicant will not be paid for their time spent undergoing training or taking assessments. Further, the Applicant acknowledges that failure to attain or maintain the standard of skill or product knowledge required by Rockend, may result in removal from the Rockend Certified Consultant Program. 3.The Applicant acknowledges that certification is granted only to the person applying to be certified. No other employee of the Applicant can represent themselves as a Rockend Certified Consultant without first going through the application and assessment process of the program. 4.The Applicant acknowledges that they must undertake assessments to determine competency before being able to name and advertise themselves as a Rockend Certified Consultant. The Applicant will be given three (3) opportunities to deem themselves competent on each assessment. 5. The Applicant can apply for RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) in order to only undertake assessments which Rockend determine to be appropriate. If RPL is not granted or the Applicant cannot provide the evidence required for RPL, the Applicant agrees to undertake all required training and assessments to meet the criteria relevant to the certification applied for. 7. The Applicant agrees to pay the Rockend Certified Consultant Program training and assessment enrolment fee and annual membership fee upon approval of their application before any training and assessments take place. Renewal of the certification occurs on the 1st of March each year. Payment of the initial annual membership fee will be prorated. These fees are non-refundable or transferable and may be changed by Rockend providing the Applicant with three (3) month notice. 8. Rockend will provide the Applicant with the relevant certification logos and only those logos provided by Rockend can be used. Certification logos can only be used with the permission of Rockend and the Applicant must seek approval from Rockend before publishing. 9. Correct use of Rockend product copyright brand names must be used in all written communications. Correct use is, filesmart, STRATA Master, PropertyTree. 10. The terms and conditions of the Rockend Certified Consultants Program are in addition to those stated in the Contractor Agreement. 11. On completion of the required training and assessments under the Rockend Certified Consultant Program and prior to the referral of any work to the Applicant by Rockend, the Applicant must sign a Contactor Agreement or join a business that has an existing Contractor Agreement in place. 6. The Applicant undertakes as a member of the Rockend Certified Consultants Program; a. To provide the services required by Rockend in accordance with industry best practice and Rockend processes and to use their best endeavours to completely satisfy all reasonable customer requirements. b To conduct themselves at all times in a manner which does not demean or damage the good reputation of Rockend or its products. c. To provide satisfactory answers within seven (7) days to any complaints made to Rockend concerning services delivered by the consultant and to take action as requested by Rockend. d To undertake training as required and attend two (2) consultant conferences per year to maintain a level of expertise. e. To attend to and respond to correspondence and communications as required by Rockend. f. To immediately upon termination by the Applicant or Rockend, return all Rockend property and materials to Rockend and immediately cease using the Rockend Certified Consultant name. Definitions Prescribed Services are implementations and training across all Rockend Products. Change of trust services, change of trust of licence service and post merge consulting services for. Forensic accounting and GST and tax reporting for STRATA Master. All Rockend products are, STRATA Master, filesmart and PropertyTree.

7 Schedule of Fees Membership Fees Annual membership is $ plus GST. Membership is invoiced annually and all memberships expire on 1st March. The membership fee will be prorated based on the month joined as per the table below and is payable upon approval of your application. 8 Training and Assessment Enrolment Fee Upon approval of your application and prior to Rockend providing you with the required training and assessments for your selection certification/s, an enrolment fee is payable. Please refer to the table below for a breakdown of these fees. You will be invoiced an amount based on the training and assessment enrolment fee relevant to your selected certifications. For example, if you chose to be a Certified Consultant and filesmart for Property Management Certified Consultant, the fee payable is $ GST. For a company wanting multiple employees certified, a 50% discount off the training and assessment enrolment fee for each applicant will apply if undergoing training and assessment at the same time. Your certification will only be renewed when the following has been met during each certification period*. > > Complete all allocated project hours on no less than 70% of your projects. > > Pass the annual re-certification exam/s relevant to each certification, specialist and service you wish to renew. > > Attend two (2) consultant conferences per calendar year. Conferences are held each February and August. > > Pay the annual membership fee to Rockend on or before the 1st March each year. > > Adhere to the terms and conditions of your Contractor Agreement and the Rockend Certified Consultant Program. > > Meet the requirements associated with each certification. Please refer to the Renewal Requirements below. *The certification period is initially from the date you joined the Rockend Certified Consultant Program until the renewal date of 1st March. The certification period is yearly thereafter from 1st March.
