Prosecutorial Agencies by Courthouse Location IMPORTANT The Los Angeles Superior Court requires that you provide proper service to the prosecutorial agency before attempting to submit a written letter or request to the court for judicial consideration. This handout lists prosecutorial agencies which may have jurisdiction over your matter. As the defendant you are prohibited by law from personally serving the agency. There are specific rules that must be followed. The prosecutorial agencies will not be able to assist you with any questions as to how to provide proper service.
