Corrigendum In reference to e-tender/hartron/infra/video Conferencing/2015-16/09 for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Video Conferencing facility along withrequired accessories on turnkey basis for UHBVNL, Haryana, the following clarifications are issued. These clarifications are now an integral part of the tender document no. e-tender/hartron/infra/video Conferencing/2015-16/09. The bidders are requested to submit the online compliance in technical envelope as per revised specifications wherever changed, though, in the technical envelope uploaded with the main tender, earlier specifications will reflect due to technical reasons. The bidders are also requested to upload the hard copy of the compliance as per revised specifications given below. However other terms and conditions as specified in the said tender document remain same. The last date of submission of e-bids is also extended upto 10.05.2016 by 2.30PM. 1. The amendment in Section 3.2 Eligibility Criteria sub-clause no. 4 and xiv are as under:- S.No. RFP Clause 1 The average annual turnover of the OEM during last three financial years (i.e. 2012-13, 2013-14 & 2014-15) should be minimum Rs. 50.00 crores in India. However, in case the OEM billing is not from India, then the turnover of their importer in India may be considered 2 ISO 9001:2008 certifications issued in the name of OEM for Manufacturing Process and CMM Level 5 certification or equivalent certification for certification of Software testing. Amended Clause The average annual turnover of the OEM during last three financial years (i.e. 2012-13, 2013-14 & 2014-15) should be minimum Rs. 5.00 crores in India. However, in case the OEM billing is not from India, then the turnover of their importer in India may be considered ISO 9001:2008 certifications issued in the name of OEM for Manufacturing Process or CMM Level 5 certification for Software. In case, the OEM has not the above mentioned certifications then the offered product should be SSL or any other known security certification. 2. Microphone/Speaker for Client locations be read as 13 nos. only. 3. The specification of MCU has also been modified from 30 ports to 50 ports. 4. If the OEM will offer lesser number of H.323 /SIP licenses than the difference will need to compensated by adding extra number of MCU ports in the solution. Ex.
