We automate processes, creating an extended network that promotes more efficient interaction and better communication between businesses. In short, these products work with your existing technology to enable access to current, accurate and consistent data, providing decision makers with better visibility and control. Training Techniques Asite facilitates 3 types of learning styles which include demonstrations of software functionality and practise exercises for users to increase their confidence with using our applications. Our clients may select one or many of the following learning styles depending on the requirements for their project or organisation. These learning styles incorporate additional requirements set out during the implementation of the application. A. Presentation Style Training Our software users may attend seminars where a basic understanding of the functionality is provided through a demonstration. All seminars are presented by certified trainers or professional consultants whereby real examples are used as part of the agenda. Method: A Personal Computer / laptop will be connected to a projector within a meeting room. The presenter will demonstrate the functionality of the required application by connecting to Asite s platform. This demonstration will use real time functionality allowing potential clients to observe how the chosen application responds. The demonstration will be bespoke to the needs of that project or organisation. This session will also provide an opportunity for the client to discuss the process flow of their information should they choose to employ the application. Page 4 of 22 23/06/2006

B. Classroom Style Training Our software users may attend formal training sessions where a pre-set training agenda is followed as per the client requirements. All formal training is provided by certified trainers whereby real examples are used as part of the agenda. Method: A personal computer / laptop will be connected to a projector within a training room environment. The presenter will demonstrate the functionality of the required application by connecting to Asite s platform. The training room will be connected via a local area network where all attendees are provided with a computer which they may use throughout the session. The trainer will demonstrate the use of the chosen application whist providing a set of exercises whereby attendees are assessed on their learning throughout the session. Certificates are provided to those attendees who have successfully completed all exercises. The certificate may then be used towards achieving their Continuing Professional Development (CPD). C. Self Study Learning Asite provide our clients with the ability to learn and how to use Asite s software at their own pace using our help guide. Asite provides Online Help within each product environment and may also provide hard copies upon request. Only those with a username and a password may access Online Help by logging in to www.asite.com and selecting the appropriate product / application. See below for an illustration of Online Help for our Project Workflow product: Online help is easy to use: all topics are available in the left column. Selecting a topic will provide all relevant help information a similar display to Windows Explorer. Page 6 of 22 23/06/2006

Client Feedback Client feedback is important to us as it provides us with your comments and suggestions so we may continually improve the sessions we provide. We collect this data after each session when all attendees are required to spend a short time completing a questionnaire. Click here to view an example. A. Project Workflow Asite Project Workflow is a cost-effective, very flexible solution that enables members of a project team to manage the review of documents and better control project processes - improving response times and reducing errors. Asite Project Workflow provides access to information wherever you are allowing members of the project team to have instant access to the latest project information and communications. It is simple to use and you can view, 'redline' and print documents by means of an integrated viewer. Asite Project Workflow is a web based application, which can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection.. It has been designed around the way in which users collaborate, making it intuitive to use. Making it faster to review and approve information. Asite Project Workflow automates processes, such as document distribution or the review of design information, improving response times and reducing errors. Training Provided Basic Induction This session will provide attendees with a basic introduction to Project Workflow, enabling them to log in to the product in order to view, publish documents and/or comment on information being circulated. Advanced Induction This session will provide attendees with a more advanced understanding of Project Workflow, enabling them to use particular features of the tool such as linking documents between folders, creating reports and clearing a multiple of actions quickly and easily. Project Administrator Induction This session will provide Project Administrators with a full understanding of the features of Project Workflow that are relevant to them, enabling them to use particular features of the tool such as creating folder structures and providing users with privileges. The course will also enable them to manage distribution groups and assign document statuses as required. Refresher Provide users with an opportunity to refresh their knowledge of Project Workflow and work through a variety of processes that are used to communicate with other workflow users. * Note: all sessions described are subject to change based on the Project / Organisation requirements specified. B. Asite Tender Asite Tender has been developed in collaboration with key industry players, specifically for the construction industry. It makes it easier to both prepare and manage a tender and participate as a bidder, in a highly secure environment. The software provides a central point for all information flow: improving communication and the efficiency of the tender process, both within an organisation and between members of the supply chain - saving significant costs on administration time. Material cost savings can also be made. Asite Tender provides outstanding flexibility. It enables users to have different roles and responsibilities throughout the tender, and for workflows and standard information to be reused between tenders. Training Provided Tender Controller Induction This session will provide attendees with a basic introduction to the Tender product, enabling them to log in to the product so they may publish and exchange documentation such as the Tender Inventory with Bidders accessing the project environment. The course will be tailored to the user s project, advising them of the particular protocols to be followed for their use of the Tender tool for that project. Tender Bidder Induction This session will provide attendees with a basic introduction to Tender, enabling them to access the product in order to view the available Tender Inventory and submit their completed Bid Return. C. Asite Buy and Supply The Asite Buy solution enables buyers to manage their entire purchasing cycle from requisition to cheque including the internal approval process. By automating and streamlining the purchasing process, companies can make significant gains in efficiency, resulting in lower transaction costs. Purchasing becomes more strategic through the availability of reporting for all company purchases, resulting in better supplier management. Asite Supply allows suppliers to receive order requests and generate key documentation such as invoices, for immediate transmission to buyers. Use with existing systems Asite Buy and Asite Supply solutions are web-based which means that they are accessible from any computer with an internet connection. The application can be integrated with companies' backoffice systems to leverage existing IT investment and make data transfer even easier. Training provided Asite Buy Induction This session will provide attendees with a basic introduction to Asite Buy, enabling them to access the product in order to view online catalogues and generate Purchase Orders in order to complete the buying process. The course will be tailored to the user s organisation, advising them of the particular protocols to be followed for their use of the Buy tool for that Organisation. Asite Supply Induction This session will provide attendees with a basic introduction to Asite Supply, enabling them to access the product in order to upload / publish catalogues for buyers to view during the online buying process as well as process orders they receive. The course will be tailored to the user s organisation, advising them of the particular protocols to be followed for their use of the Suply tool for that Organisation. Page 14 of 22 23/06/2006

D. Asite Directory and PreQual With over 200 000 entries, Asite Directory is a valuable sourcing and trading tool, providing suppliers with the opportunity to profile and manage their latest marketing information, compliance with standards and prequalification data. It provides companies the opportunity to generate new businesses as it enables them to improve their profile amongst key clients and contractors within Asite s Network, plus the wider construction industry. Asite Prequal makes it easier for buyers to conduct a thorough evaluation of the prospective supplier, also enabling suppliers to submit their information effortlessly. Differing from other tools it manages the entire pre-qualification process from supplier invitation to the collation of information for evaluation, self scoring process and the ability to schedule validation of the information. Training Provided Basic Induction for Buyers This session will provide attendees with a basic introduction to Asite Directory and PreQual, enabling them to manage the entire pre-qualification process from supplier invitation to the collation of information, the self-score and validation of information submitted. Basic Induction for Suppliers This session will provide attendees with a basic introduction to Asite Directory and PreQual, enabling them to submit their PreQualification and self-score information to a buyer. Training Locations Meeting Your Requirements We can take any of our courses and run it privately to your company either on your or our own premises. We tailor any or our training courses to suit your needs, depending on your specific requirements. Locations Asite Training can offer you training wherever you choose. Our aim is to be flexible to enable us to meet all your requirements. Our privately-run training courses are normally delivered at our own training centres which are geographically spread across the UK with our own training centre in London. Here you can be confident that our facilities are second to none. However, we do offer to deliver the training at your premises anywhere in the world. This allows global organisations to standardise training across the globe. Lafone House (London) Our main training centre is based at Lafone House in London. Lafone House is situated near London Bridge Station close to all Bus / Tube / Rail routes. Maps are provided prior to training. Various UK Sites Asite use a multiple of suppliers to provide IT suites for training. Course Materials User Guide All attendees are provided with a Quick Tips user guide to aid them using the product for the first time outside of a training environment. Certificate Attendees to all Asite training sessions will receive a certificate to verify they have successfully completed a range of exercises to bring them up to the Asite standard for using our online software. Certificates are sent to all attendees electronically. These certificates may be used towards your Continued Professional Development (CPD). Page 21 of 22 23/06/2006

Terms and Conditions BOOKINGS Upon receipt of the booking form, a training date will be agreed and we will contact you to arrange dates for the course to be conducted. CANCELLATION Alternative participants can be substituted free of charge at any time, please just let us know the details. For cancellations made before 5 working days of attending the course, a full refund will be made. If a cancellation is made after 5 working days, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
