Opening Comments 1. ERP is an important decision and requires your full commitment 2. Like anything. You get out of it, what you put into it 3. Be prepared to spend the time and effort in planning and implementation. This work is the foundation of your project success 4. Selecting the right vendor is a decision each company has to make 5.
