If items are needed in the A.M. the order should be placed the day before. Orders to be delivered UPS have a cutoff time of 4 P.M. Order Acknowledgement Purchase orders will be processed as received without signed confirmation by the purchaser in order to facilitate the shipping process. Delivery Charge There is no charge for delivery. A rush charge may be applied. Claims Procedure Defective Material - All claims must be submitted in writing, and samples of product in question may need to be submitted to International Inkjet Supply. - Returns may only be made after International Inkjet Supply has reviewed the claim and has issued a written authorization to honor a particular claim.
