The most expensive option is the February 60 put. The first option is cheap because it has little time left to maturity and is not likely to be worth anything since the strike price is below the current market price. The February 60 call sells for so little since the stock is far out of the money. The latter option is expensive because it has a relatively long time to maturity and the strike price is well above the current stock price. 16.
