When appropriate, the adviser will be able to describe this process to clients enabling them to gain greater insight. The relationship between feelings, thoughts, behaviors and judgments about money is complex. Mapping this relationship allows clients to step back and identify the process using a visual channel. Each client will have preferred coping strategies based on prior experiences of managing fear. Identifying each client's needs during times of transition and fear will allow the adviser and client to construct an experiment. This allows the client-adviser team to test how well certain coping strategies hold up and modify if necessary. In addition, she offers consultation services to small businesses on group dynamics and employee management.
