Preliminary schedule is to have Fight Sr and Jr, and Duo Elite Sr, at 18 th May, Finals all classes starts at 16.30. All U-classes, Duo and Ne-waza will be done the 19 th with running finals. Rules: All fights will be according to the JJIF and in U-classes thesvjjfnational rules. Full JJIF/SvJJF-reg.referee platform at all fights, including Juniors and U- classes at all ages. Please note, that rules of disqualification for late appearance at tatami to fight, will be used without exceptions. If fighter will fight in more than one class, this must be taken into consideration. When fight schedule is made, the administrator of Tournament will as far as possible make no collisions for any fighter that registers for more than one class. Please note, that no competitor are allowed to compete in more than 2 Fight classes at same day. However it is allowed to register also in duo and Ne-waza upon Fight-registration, and vice versa. Referee with only domestic licenseare welcome, but must show recommendation from its national federation or national head-referee, or personal invitation from Swedish Jujutsu Federation. Continental and World-referee s automatically approved.
All referee registration must be no later than 30.04.2013. Registration at referee.sopen@jujutsuryu.se. Countries that provides with referee s to tournament will get 25% off for fighters entrance fee s from it s country (max. 6 fighters per 1 referee). Referee s gets free food during all tournament, and free entrance at Award Tournament Dinner on the evening 18 th. Also, referee s active on Tournament will get 25% off course-fee of Ne- WazaReferee Course. Liability: The organizer does not take any responsibility for damages, accidents and thefts of all kinds. Permission: Qualified are all athletes from the member countries registered of the JJEU,JJIF and SvJJF. All competitors shall carry a legal national/domestic Ju-Jutsupassport or similar. All competitors shall bringtheir own RED and BLUE belts. Protections according to JJIF rules are required. Please note, that tooth protection are required also in U18-U8. Also, the tournament is an International Open/Challenge competition, that gives ranking points for WORLD GAMES.
Award Tournament Dinner 2013: The Virdax-group Invites to Award Tournament Dinner 2013, on the evening of the 18 th May. Dinner will be served from clock 20.00, at a closeby non-smoking Restaurant. 3-dishes Buffé dinner. One free non-alcoholic beverage included. Others on each owns expense. At the Dinner, The Virdax Awards and Best Fighter Awards will be presented. Fighters and coaches registered for Tournament 18 th or 19 th pays Dinner-fee of 20 /person. Others 30 /person. Dinner-booking and payment no later than 1 st April, get s 25% off from fee. Booking may be done at Tournament the 18 th May, but for the fee of 35 / person for all. Vego- gluten lactos halal alternatives will be found at the Dinner. Any others must be requested at booking. Travels: You travel to the city of Jönköping by car, train or flight. By car: Road E4 from Copenhagen/Malmö (approx. 320 km), or E4 from Stockholm (approx. 330 km) take of at exit ELMIA Expo in Jönköping, take third street in the first roundabout, streets name Huskvarnavägen nr 38 (towards citycenter). By train: From Copenhagen Airport / Malmö C, or Stockholm C, to Jönköping C. Approx. 2,5 3 h both directions depending on time schedule. Minimum 5-7 trains each day. When at airport Jönköping, take flight bus or taxi to Jönköping C (Train/bus-central), then same as above by train. There will be ONE bus from airport COPENHAGEN, direct to the KFUM building, leaving Friday 17 th at 19.30 from Copenhagen Airport. It will be in Jönköping at clock 22.30. Free of charge for fighters and referee s. Others fee of 10 EUR. The return will be from Jönköping after the fights ends on Sunday 19 th at 17.30, and will be in Copenhagen Airport at 20.30. Otherwise there are a hugh number of hotels in Jönköping at Your own finding. Costs between 50 150 EUR /night. Sleep in dojo? there will be maximum of 50 sleepers in local dojo. No cost but early rising, since it will be the warm-up and training dojo for the tournament.
