Based upon the filing by Montgomery and upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Staff, the Commission hereby approves Montgomery's filing. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, that the filing submitted by Montgomery is approved, along with the attached tariff, marked as Exhibit "A" hereto, which tariff reflects the applicable schedule of initial rates, terms and conditions for the rendition of sewer service to the public within Montgomery's certificated area located in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. IT IS, FURTHER, ORDERED, that Montgomery shall file with the Commission no later than September 1, 2014, an income statement for the period beginning July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2014. The Commission reserves the right to review said income statement to assess the prudency of the use of the proceeds resulting from approval of the initial rates granted herein.

NSF Check Fee A fee for any check of a customer properly presented for payment and returned to the Utility by the bank of the Custoemr which cites non-sufficient funds as reason for denial fo payment by bank will be assessed a $30.00 fee.
