Welcome to MSPowermail s user-friendly. To log into the system, input the same information that you currently use for our online leads site. If you don t have, or don t remember your credentials, please contact your CSR for the information. CALENDAR PAGE The first page you see after logging in to the is the appointment Calendar page. This is a quick overview of appointments created by you through the Manage Leads tab generated with responses from your direct mail lead order with MSPowermail. It is conveniently set up in a monthly view, along with a sidebar showing the chronological order that you have as scheduled items. This will be blank the first time that you log in. Go to the Manage Leads tab to see your leads and begin setting appointments. Once you have set an appointment, the Calendar page will allow you to manage the opportunity by adding notes, editing information of the lead or changing the appointment specifics. You also have the ability to switch a non-responder from the Neighborhood Mapping page to a New Lead! 1

MANAGE LEADS The Manage Leads tab is the most effective tool in letting you see a simple view of the potential you have for success. The column headers show where you have determined the individual leads to be in YOUR process. The Received column populates with the individual leads that come in each day. They represent the new potential that you haven t changed the status of yet. We have given you three ways to access information for this particular person. You can click: Name: This opens a window that allows you to edit any information for that particular person and make notes for your personal reference. Click Submit to save or Back to cancel changes. Camera icon: This will open the image of the returned card from MSPowermail. Caution icon: A simple reminder that you haven t set an appointment with this lead. Clicking the icon will bring up the initial information that you require for a quality appointment. The major feature of this page is the Drag and Drop ability. To move a lead from one step in your process to another, simply click (hold down) and move your mouse to the appropriate column, then release! It s that easy. When you click and hold a lead, you will notice at the top of screen 2 additional options that assist you in keeping this page clean, simple and easy to read. The Lost and Sold files remove the individual lead from the pending columns of your Manage Leads page. These files can still be accessed from the Export Leads tab, so don t worry that you won t have access to them! Click here to see how the Drag and Drop feature works. 2

Our Business is Building Your Success. MANAGE LEADS Another feature of this page is the Add New Lead button. It is located at the bottom of the screen, so you may need to scroll down to find it. This gives you the opportunity to create a lead from a referral generated with our soft Door-Knock Approach. These leads will not show the camera icon to distinguish them from direct mail generated leads. Export Leads This feature allows you the ability to create a spreadsheet of your leads. You can simply narrow the list to specific types of leads by checking and un-checking the options at the top of the page. You can display Open, Lost or Sold and only this information will be exported into this specific you are looking to utilize. The export file can easily be generated into an Excel spreadsheet or other spreadsheet format that your computer has set to default. The status of a particular lead can be switched quickly in the by changing options in the drop down box to the right of the record. This change is instantly reflected on the other pages. 3

INTERACTIVE LEAD MAPPING The Map page is your access to another exciting MSPowermail feature that allows you to see the recipients of your entire mailing order. After clicking on the tab, use the pull down menu to decide which order you are wanting to see on the map. The flags are color coded for ease of use. Blue Flags: Responders to your order Red Flags: Recipients who haven t responded Yet. Green Flags: Recipients who you have visited by referral through the soft door-knock approach. Purple Flags: Leads generated from your mailing that have been turned into leads on the Manage Leads page. Clicking on any flag from the map, you will see the name and address of the recipient. You will see options of what to do with this information on the open bubble. Changes to this information will be reflected on the other pages of the program. 4

TRAINING VIDEOS The Training Videos page will offer guidance towards making more of your mailings. Check back to this page often for new videos, upcoming announcements and sales tips. DISCOUNT PRESCRIPTION CARDS The Order Prescription Cards page is your portal to our local vendor for business cards. These cards have Prescription Discount Cards on the back that can be used to build referrals! This link also offers Personalized Door Hangers to be left at neighbors who are not at home when you stop by their house. These can be pre-printed with your name, telephone number and license number. Currently, MSPowermail is offering 250 non-customized Prescription Discount cards free with an order of 1,000 piece mailing or more. We also offer 100 door hangers for $20. The door hangers are printed on yellow paper with black lettering for easy viewing. Our new, user-friendly is just another way MSPowermail is helping you Build Your Success.
