Huachuca Training and Support Contract (HTASC) The United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) trains, develops, and educates U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and Civilian leaders and designs, develops, and integrates intelligence capabilities, concepts, and doctrine to support Unified Land Operations in a joint, inter-organizational, and multi-national (JIM) environment. The scope of this effort requires services in areas of instruction, training, training development, and training support for USAICoE and elements located on Fort Huachuca, AZ, Goodfellow Air Force Base (GAFB), TX, Davis Monthan AFB, AZ, and Pensacola Naval Air Station, FL. Support includes Military Intelligence Occupational Specialties (MOS), Areas of Concentration (AOC), and professional development courses. Current disciplines include All Source, Imagery, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Maintenance, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Collection Management, Analysis, Advanced Analytics, Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Special Electronic Mission Aircraft (SEMA), Cyber, Weapons Intelligence, Battlefield Forensics, Biometrics, Intelligence Architectures and Information Collection and Intelligence Oversight. Current effort: Large Business Single Award ID/IQ WarFighter FOCUS; Raytheon Company Re-compete anticipated to be a Single- Award ID/IQ. Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Mission Support Services This requirement is for services for UAS instruction, maintenance, logistics support, prescribed load list (PLL), flight line operations support, and information technology network support, for UAS training conducted at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona by the 2d Battalion, 13th Aviation Regiment, 1st Aviation Brigade, U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE), Ft. Rucker, Alabama. Training has primarily been presented to entry-level US Army Soldiers who will be learning to operate and/or maintain the Shadow, and Gray Eagle UAS, utilizing simulation systems in a classroom environment in addition to actual flight operations. Current effort: Large Business Single Award ID/IQ WarFighter FOCUS; Raytheon Company Market Research is ongoing to aide in formulating the best strategy. Combat Training Centers (CTC) The mission of the Army CTC Program is to provide realistic Joint and combined arms collective training for Soldiers, leaders, staffs, and units according to Army and Joint doctrine. The CTC Program includes several organizations. The Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), located at Fort Polk, Louisiana. The National Training Center (NTC), located at Fort Irwin, California. The Joint Multi-National Readiness Center (JMRC) at Hohenfels, Germany. Regardless of training location, all units face a highly skilled opposing force that uses our enemy's current tactics, techniques, and procedures. Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) Mission Training Complex Support- Individual through collective Mission Command training; Leadership Training/Development; Warfighter Functions training; First Person Simulations (Gaming); and constructive simulations supported training as well as facilities management, event scheduling, security and administrative support, and access control. Events are combined into a simultaneous synthetic environment using the Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-G) / Live, Virtual, Constructive Integrating Architecture (LVC-IA) to create an Integrated Training Environment. Operations occur through Hub (Corps Level - large) and spoke (Division/Brigade Level Med or Small) concept. Will provide scope for all US Army MTCs, with the following customers currently committed to using MTCCS: III Corps, XVIII Airborne Corps, USARPAC, JBLM and JBSA. Current efforts: III Corps and JBLM on OPTARS II 18 th Airborne Corps, USARPAC and JBSA on WFF Contract planned to be a ID/IQ, single or multiple award under contemplated Current WFF efforts can be supported through October 2018.
