It can reveal what makes a particular region unique in comparison to the national average. Staffing Patterns Data The staffing patterns data in this report is compiled from several sources using a specialized process. Sources include Occupational Employment Statistics, and the National Occupation Matrix. EMSI uses ratios from the national matrix and inputs regional jobs by industry, converting these to jobs by occupation.
