PAYMENT CARD Included with extended healthcare insurance (drug coverage) and dental care insurance With the direct payment card, pharmacists and dentists can immediately let plan members or insured dependents know how much is covered under their plan. Reimbursable eligible expenses are deducted on the spot, and the plan member then pays the difference (i.e. the uninsured portion of the expenses). It is also useful for plan members to carry the payment card with them when travelling, both at home and abroad. In case of an emergency, it contains the contact information for the Voyage Assistance service, which they can contact anytime, anywhere in the world. VOYAGE ASSISTANCE Included with extended healthcare insurance In case of a medical emergency, Voyage Assistance offers on the spot medical, personal and financial assistance worldwide, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is offered to both plan members and their dependents.
