CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT REPORT For the 113th Congress This Report presents the most recent and relevant data that is available for the Districts of the 113th Congress as related to housing issues. Real estate, demographic, and economic data are presented to provide information about the status of homeownership, trends in the real estate market, and the economic conditions that underlie the demand for housing. NAR's goal in providing this Report is to sustain and strengthen public policy support for homeownership which offers tremendous social and economic benefits to American neighborhoods.
