Here are the details: To receive retail bonuses, you must first become a Member and register a Customer. You do not need to place an order or have any PV to qualify for retail commissions. The bonus pays directly to the enroller. You receive 10% of the wholesale value of the product as a retail bonus on each customer you enroll and receive 55% of the PV. If you are a current subscriber to our Uevolv Premier, Evolv 2K Club, or purchased an Elite HOPE Kit you will receive 15% of the wholesale value. If a Member has 75 PV at the time of the sale, the additional volume will roll to the Member s Pay Team Volume Any volume sold by a Customer to a Customer rolls to the enrolling Member s PV. For example: if Sally sells retail product to James and James sells retail product to Wanda, the volume from the product sale to Wanda will be applied to Sally s PV. If Sally s PV is already at or above 75 PV, the volume will be applied to her Pay Team Volume Amount of bonus paid to enrolling Member will be based on the wholesale price of the product. If the product is sold at the retail price, the enrolling Member will receive the difference between the wholesale and retail value, in addition to the percentage of wholesale listed above. All references to income, implied or stated, are for illustrative purposes only. Evolv does not guarantee any level of success or income to any Distributor. The 1, 2, FREE! program allows you to receive your product for free by registering 3 Customers or Preferred Customers on the same PV or higher PV package. Evolv Your Life Refer 3 Friends Up to $300 per month! That s $3,600 per year! In order to qualify: You must be a Member or Preferred Customer on an Autoship of at least $50 to qualify for this bonus. Your Customer must have ordered at least $50 in product at wholesale value (shipping and taxes not included) in the 4 commission weeks prior to your autoship date. You must have 3 or more Customers who have product purchases that total more than $50 in product at wholesale value, in the four weeks prior to your Autoship running. The system sums the wholesale total to your Autoship, simply round down to the nearest $50 to calculate your discount. The product must be sold to Customers or Preferred Customers through your replicated website. This does not apply to products sold to Customers through any other means. Shipping and taxes are not covered and are not included in the calculation. The Member or Customer is responsible for those charges. A maximum of $300 will be covered on your next Autoship order. If you have 3 or more Customers whose orders total at least $900, you will qualify for the full $300. No volume will be credited to you for any free product you receive. If you receive a partial credit on your order, you will receive a prorated amount of volume towards your PV. A Customer who receives his/her product for free will not count toward 1,2,Free! for the referring Member or Customer. The system sums the total of all of your Customer s orders and divides by three. Since the total is equal to or greater than your Autoship order, you get your entire $150 Autoship for FREE! (Excluding taxes and shipping). Example 2: You have three Customers whose orders total over $50 wholesale value. However, that total divided by 3 is not equal or greater than your Autoship order. The system rounds that total down to the nearest $50, and deducts that from your Autoship (excluding taxes and shipping). 3 HOPE BONUS The HOPE Kit Bonus couldn t be more simple: Be Active at 75+ PV, have an Active Product Autoship, sell a Pro HOPE Kit and up to get $75. $20 goes to the first Paid As 2K, $20 goes to the first Paid As 5K, and $10 goes to the first Paid As 10K. The Sponsoring Member may be the first 2K, 5K, or 10K. So, if you are Paid As 2K and sell a Pro HOPE Kit, you get $95, $20 goes to the first 5K, and $10 to the first 10K upline. If you are Paid As 5K, you receive $115 when you sell a Pro HOPE Kit to a personally enrolled Member. Refer to the table to the right for the bonus(es) associated with the other HOPE Kits. The plan includes another great way to earn bonuses: The Pay Team Bonus. The Pay Team Bonus incorporates a two leg based structure that allows you to place personal enrollees on either your Binary left or right side. Your sponsor or anyone above you in the binary structure can place people below you as well. You will be paid a bonus based on the volume of your Pay Team Leg. Your Pay Team is defined as the team, left or right that has the lesser amount of volume. Must have one Active Member from one of your Personally Enrolled Teams on both, your right and left Binary Legs in order to receive Pay Team Bonus. A Member s Pay Team Bonus is calculated by multiplying 10% by the volume in your Pay Team Leg or your Pay Team Volume (PTV). A Member must have a qualifying order of at least 75 PV within the current and the previous 3 weeks to receive Pay Team Bonus. A Member must have an Active Product Autoship. There is a minimum PTV requirement of 300 PTV in order to receive Pay Team Bonus. Any volume considered in the PTV will be matched with volume from the opposite leg and both volumes will be flushed once the bonus is paid. A Pay Team Individual Cap is in place for this bonus. If a Member hits a Pay Team Individual Cap (see definitions section) any volume over the cap in the PTV will be flushed. Any excess volume on the non-ptv leg that is not matched and paid on, will accrue and be considered Carry Over Volume (COV, see definitions section). Any volume generated through a Customer of a Customer rolls to the enrolling Member s PV. For example, if Sally sells product to James and James sells product to Wanda, the volume from the product sale to Wanda will be applied to Sally s PV. If Sally s PV is already at or above 75 PV, the volume will be applied to her Pay Team Volume. Only online Customer sales volume will roll up to you. 5 CHECKMATCH BONUS Again, the Evolv Compensation Plan offers another phenomenal way to get paid. Members can earn a Personal Matching Bonus (PMB) on personal enrollees and a Generational Matching Bonus (GMB) on their downline. Matching Bonus pays a percentage based on the Binary Commission check of those personally enrolled by the Member and their team. Member must have an order of at least 75 PV within the current and the previous 3 commission weeks and be paid as an Evolv 2K or higher. Once Evolv 10K is achieved, the Member must have a minimum 150 PV within the current and previous 3 weeks and an Active Product Autoship. The Personal Matching Bonus (PMB) is paid based on a fixed percentage of the personal enrollee s Pay Team Bonus earnings in the week. The Personal Matching Bonus (PBM) is paid on Members of all ranks. The check match is based on the first $1,500 in Pay Team Bonus earned. Generational Matching Bonus (GMB) is paid on a minimum check amount of $30. The Generational Matching Bonus (GBM) is based on generations. A generation is determined by analyzing each of your enrollment legs and ends when a Evolv 5K is found in your enrollment Genealogy. Anyone between you and that Evolv 5K are considered your 1st generation (not including personal enrollees). See below for the fixed Personal Matching Bonus (PMB) percentages and the number of generations available by rank. *The percentage paid is a floating value from week to week, except where designated. There is NOT a maximum on the percentage to pay per generation. **The Generation Matching Bonus (GMB) is paid on a floating percentage and calculated as follows. The Evolv Compensation plan pays out 58% of the total commissionable volume in bonus each week. All bonuses, with the exception of the Generational Matching Bonus (GMB) and retail bonuses, are added together and the remaining amount, up to the 58% cap, is paid out in the Generation Matching Bonus (GMB) (see Matching Bonus in the definitions section for more information). 6 84 DAY $5,000 LAUNCH Evolv wants to reward those Members that #launchbig. The 84- Day $5,000 Launch Bonuses pay bonuses to Members that achieve certain ranks within a set period of time. Enroll and set your sights to acheive these bonuses valued up to a cumulative of $5,000. See the table to the right for a list of the bonus and payout triggers. Be sure to review the #launchbig brochure at UevolvCenter.com for more details and additional training on the program. * Must join with a Marketing Kit and be on an Active Autoship to be eligible for these Bonuses ** Includes $300 for the first of the monthly Ruby Lifestyle payments *** Emerald Payment will be split into two equal payment. One paid when the Member achieves the Launch Bonus and one 4 weeks later Rank Advancement 7 Bonus Our Members deserve to be recognized and rewarded for reaching higher ranks in the Evolv Compensation Plan. This is why we included Rank Advancement Bonuses. These bonuses are one-time bonues paid to a Member beginning at Diamond. Member will receive the Bonus Paid At Rank amount for Rank Advancement. The chart and table below shows the advancement bonuses and additional details on this payment method. Example - if a Member hits Diamond and 2 weeks later hits Blue Diamond, they must reach Diamond within that bonus cycle and Blue Diamond within that independent cycle. Multiple cycles will need to be tracked independently. * All Rank Advancement Bonus amounts listed are cumulative and include any earnings within this bonus up to the rank listed. For example, Blue Diamond pays $25,000 but that is inclusive of the $10,000 received for the Diamond rank advancement. In addition, the $10,000 Rank Advancement Bonus listed at Diamond is inclusive of the estimated Launch Bonus earnings up through Emerald that a Diamond would potentially receive. 8 LIFESTYLE / CAR BONUS The Lifestyle and Car Bonus are other examples of how the Evolv Compensation Plan rewards Members for reaching the leadership ranks. Upon achieving the rank of Ruby, a Member is set on 4 week cycles. The Member must achieve the rank of Ruby once within each 4 week cycle to be paid the bonus. But wait! Within this bonus there are multiple levels one can achieve. The Lifestyle Bonus pays $300 to a qualified Ruby and $750 to a qualified Ambassador or above. Once the Member has maintained Ruby or Ambassador for 3 consecutive, 4 week cycles they are eligible for the EVOLV DRIVEN program. This program pays $600 to a qualified Ruby and up to $1500 to a qualified Ambassador or above. *The Ambassador EVOLV DRIVEN Car Bonus pays up to $1,500 based on the amount of the car lease or finance amount establised in the EVOLV DRIVEN Guidelines found at UevolvCenter.com. **Once a Member is eligible for the EVOLV DRIVEN program, Evolv will reach out and brief the Member on the next steps to be approved for the EVOLV DRIVEN program. ***The decision to acquire a new or pre-owned Vehicle is solely the responsibility of the Member. Evolv Rank Overview There are 12 Ranks that one can achieve with the Evolv Compensation and Rewards Plan. Pay Team Volume and Personal Enrollment Genealogy are used to determine structure and rank quaiifications, as well as PGV (Personal Group Volume - see definitions below). As you build your team, your volume will grow, increasing your rank in the Evolv Compensation plan, which, in turn, increases your ability to earn more income. Rank Advancement Qualifications Promoter Read, understand, and accept Evolv Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan. Complete an Evolv Member application. Purchase an Evolv Promoter Kit (optional in North Dakota). Sponsor other individuals as Members into the Evolv business and thereby build a marketing organization, allowing you to progress through the Evolv Compensation Plan. Definition of Terms, Rules, & Concepts (cont) Binary Period Business Center Carry Over Volume (COV) Compression (Binary Genealogy) Compression (Enrollment Genealogy) Customer Demotion Policy Eligible Enroller/Sponsor Enrollment Genealogy The Binary Period is a one-week period, beginning Saturday at 12am and ending Friday at 11:59:59pm, Central Time. All title qualifications are based on the most recent four Binary cycles ending with the last day of the commission period being paid, the current period, and the three previous periods. Each Ambassador or higher is allowed to have an additional Business Center (Membership) if they choose. Each Business Center must qualify individually and independently for their qualification rank/title and downline commissions. Additional Business Centers do NOT count toward the upline Business Center qualification. They do NOT reside in the Enrollment Genealogy structure. They do NOT reside in the Enrollment Genealogy of the owning Member. The additional Business Center will be placed above the existing business center. Excess or unused Left and Right Leg Pay Team Volume is called Carry Over Volume (COV). This occurs when a Pay Team Commission is paid and the greater volume leg has additional volume which the Member is not paid on that week. If a Member fails to meet the minimum Active requirement during the rolling 4 week qualification period, all positive COV will be flushed, no positive COV will remain. If a Member hits a Rank based Pay Team Individual Cap, all Pay Team Volume is considered paid in full and flushes. When a Member is canceled and no longer part of the company, their position in the Binary Genealogy is not filled and remains empty. When a Member is canceled and no longer part of the company, their position in the Enrollment Genealogy is not filled and remains empty. The downline of the canceled Member will continue to have the same upline lineage (minus the canceled Member) but they will not be personally sponsored by the personal sponsor of the canceled Member. A Direct Customer is a consumer who buys product directly from a Member without registering with the company and does not generate Bonuses or volume. Preferred or Retail Customers generate volume and allow the Member to qualify for Retail Sales Bonuses for products sold on their Replicated Site. Preferred Customers also have the option to participate in the autoship program. Badge titles for Ruby and higher are retained for 52 weeks following any week in which they qualify (paid-as). For example, if you qualify for your title in week 13, you will keep your badge title through week 13 of next year. If, prior to the week 13 of the next year, you qualify again in week 9, you will keep your title through week 9 of next year. Title demotions will occur in the 53rd week without qualification. The demoted title in that 53rd week is the highest title earned in the previous 52 weeks. Eligibility is based on a Member s Badge Title. A Member may be eligible for payout but unqualified because their Paid As title does not meet the Paid As requirement for the payout. The person who introduces an individual to the company is considered to be the Enroller or Sponsor. The line of sponsorship that follows the Enroller. The people that you personally enroll are on your 1st level of the Enrollment Genealogy. Your upline does not place people into your Enrollment Genealogy. Definition of Terms, Rules, & Concepts (cont) Flushing Generational Matching Bonus (GMB) Legs (Difference between Binary Leg and Enrolled Leg) The term used to describe the volume that is eliminated (flushed). This can occur when the member remains inactive for four consecutive weekly periods. Should a Member have over the cap amount of points in their Pay Team, the Pay Team check will be paid and the volume will be flushed. Paid As Evolv 10K and above may receive a percentage bonus on the Pay Team Commission of Members in the Enrollment Genealogy by generation. See table on Page 5 for more information on the number of eligible generations by rank. Weekly Payout based on Paid As title. The Generational Matching Bonus is paid on a floating percentage. The Evolv Wealth plan pays out 58% of the total commissionable volume. All other bonuses, not including Retail Bonuses, are added together and the remaining amount up to the 58% cap is paid out in the GMB. Generations are defined by an Evolv 5K in a Member s Enrollment Genealogy. For example, when an Evolv 5K is found in a Member s Enrollment Genealogy that Evolv 5K and anyone above them in that Enrollment Leg are considered a Generation. If a second Evolv 5K is present in the same enrollment leg, the Second Evolv 5K and anyone between them and the first Evolv 5K are considered the 2nd Generation. A Member s personally enrolled Members are not considered in the GMB. (See Personal Matching Bonus for details). The member whose earnings are being considered for a GMB must have earned at least $30 in Pay Team Bonus in that week (please refer to Binary Period). For any check that is considered for the GMB, the first $1,500 Pay Team earnings per check that is being matched is considered. Percentages and number of down line generations that can be matched are based on receiving Member s Paid As Title in the current period (period being paid). An Enrolled Leg is a downline that starts from a Personally Enrolled Member. Unlike a Binary Leg, an Enrolled Leg starts with a personally enrolled recruit, regardless of where they might be placed in the Binary downline. Each new recruit who is personally enrolled by a Member represents the start of an Enrolled Leg. Thus, if a person enrolls 10 people, they have 10 Enrolled Legs. These legs and their individual downlines, if any, are used in the Career Path, in conjunction with the PTQV or PGQV, to determine qualification levels, titles, paid-as titles, etc. Example: William sponsors three recruits named Dan, Donna, and Richard. In the Binary structure, William places Dan on his left leg, Donna on his right leg, and Richard on Donna s left leg. In the Enrollment Genealogy, William has three Sponsorship Legs (Dan, Donna, and Richard). In the Binary structure, William has two Binary Legs (Dan and Donna). Richard is in one of his two Binary Legs (his right leg or his left leg). The Legs used in the Career Path are Enrolled Legs and use the Enrolling Genealogy. Additional Business Centers are not counted as Enrolled Legs. HOPE Kit Bonus The HOPE Kit Bonus couldn t be more simple: Be Active at 75+ PV, have an Active Product Autoship, sell a Pro HOPE Kit and up to get $75. $20 goes to the first Paid As 2K, $20 goes to the first Paid As 5K, and $10 goes to the first Paid As 10K. The Sponsoring Member may be the first 2K, 5K, or 10K. So, if you are Paid As 2K and sell a Pro HOPE Kit, you get $95, $20 goes to the first 5K, and $10 to the first 10K upline. If you are Paid As 5K, you receive $115 when you sell a Pro HOPE Kit to a personally enrolled Member. Refer to the table to the right for the bonus(es) associated with the other HOPE Kits. If in any period, a Member fails to achieve the requirement of their Badge Title, that Member is Paid As the lower title for which the Member actually qualifies for during the period. The Member retains their Badge Title but is Paid As the title for which the Member actually qualifies. Example: a 10K who only has 5,000 PGQV and 2,500 PTQV is paid as a 5K (as summing they met the 5K requirements in full). They still maintain the Badge Title of 10K but will get Paid As 5K for that bonus period. Each title has an associated Pay Team individual cap (also called Binary Cap), combined Pay Team individual cap and Check Match cap, Pay Team Volume cap, and max carryover volume cap. The Pay Team individual cap applies only to the actual Pay Team bonus. The Pay Team Commission will be capped each week at varying amounts based on Paid As title. Combined Pay Team Individual Cap and Check Match Cap: The total amount of Personal Check Match, Generational Check Match and Pay Team earnings a Member may receive based Paid As title. The bonus paid is based on a fixed percentage of ten percent (10%) of the volume. The amount of the bonus is based on the receiving Member s Paid As title. There is a 300 Pay Team Volume (PTV) minimum to activate this bonus and you must have at least one Active Member from your Personally Enrolled Teams on both your left and right binary legs. The 4 week cumulative volume in a Member s lesser Binary Volume Leg. PTQV is based on a 4 week rolling cycle for rank qualification purposes. *See QV Pay Team Volume (PTV) is equal to the amount of volume in a Member s lesser volume leg. 100% of customer volume counts towards Rank Advancement Volume. The 4 week cumulative volume in a Member s personal enrollment lineage. Personal Group Qualification Volume is calculated on a 4 week rolling cycle for rank qualification purposes. *See QV The total Binary Volume (BV) from orders placed in the current week by a Member and his customers (both Retail Customer and Preferred Customer). Orders that a Member places on their own account, count toward Personal Group QV but not toward Pay Team QV. Once the Member has 75 PV, any excess customer volume will be applied to their Pay Team Volume (PTV). Any volume sold by customers will roll up to the Member upline from the customer. 100% of the Customer Volume will count towards PTGV and PGQV. Member receives 55% of the total volume from customer orders in PV. When Paid As Evolv 2K or above, the Member may receive a matched percentage bonus on the Pay Team earnings of their Personally Enrolled Members. See table on Page 6 for detailed information on the percentage by Paid As rank. Personal Enrollment Check Matches will only be paid on a Member s first 1,500 in Pay Team Commissions. The total Qualifying Volume (QV) from orders placed in the current week and the three previous weeks (total of 4 commission weeks) by a Member and his Personally Enrolled Customers (both Retail Customer and Preferred Customer). Personally Enrolled Teams Any personal enrollee and his/her entire enrollment. Also see Legs. Promotion Effective Date & Paid As Effective Date Badge Title promotions occur upon being paid out at that new rank for the first time. This occurs one week after the rank is earned. Qualified Rank Advancement Bonuses A Member is Qualified if they are Active, have at least one personally enrolled Team Active Member in the left leg and one personally enrolled team Active member in the right leg of their Binary Genealogy and have at least 300 Pay Team Volume. When a Member achieves certain ranks from Diamond and above for the first time, they will receive a Rank Advancement Bonus. If a Member achieves multiple titles in the same bonus period (for the first time, each title), then he/she will receive the higher bonus only.
