WELCOME Next-Generation Automation in Financial Shared Services Building on the success of the first three events, we are delighted to bring you our annual International SAP Conference for Financial Shared Services, taking place this year in Barcelona, 11 13 July 2016. It s an exciting time in the world of shared service organizations (SSOs), and the agenda of this event reflects this. From robotics and process automation to process ownership and service delivery, this event will uncover how next-generation technology is shaping your world and detail how SAP solutions are helping. In this case we will charge a processing fee of 200 euro. Cancellations received less than two weeks before the event will be liable for the full registration fee. This also applies to registrants who do not attend the event. If a participant cannot attend for whatever reason, it is of course possible to nominate a substitution. Substitutions must be received in writing, must be addressed to the registration office, and must include the names of both the original and the substitute registrants. Participation in an event is only possible if payment has already been received, or if it is submitted at the event in cash or with a collection-only cheque. Please note that non- attendance for any reason is subject to the cancellation terms laid out in point above.
