Participants will schedule a few virtual coaching sessions with one of Emergent s change management consultants. During these coaching sessions, the consultant will assess how well practices are being applied, help the participant with challenge areas, and advise on how best to tailor organizational change practices and tools to the participant s specific change initiative.

Workshop planning Ideally, someone from your organization would be available to consult with our trainer prior to the workshop to help our trainer tailor the content. We would rely on someone from your organization to provide logistical support (e.g., meeting room, projector, easels, markers, etc.) Workshop execution The workshop is delivered onsite at your company s location. Ideally, an analyst from your organization would participate in the workshop to help provide on-the-ground logistical support and capture output, action items, etc.
