The Sales Force integration with Memo allows your sales team to obtain information about the status of every opportunity and new leads for the new business. Memo allows access, sharing and integration of your strategic information in your office or anywhere else, through your laptop, smartphone or tablet. Below, is a list of the Sales Force available dashboards: Cockipt Sales KPI Sales Evolution Lead Analysis Reports Cockpit This dashboard shows the opportunities indicators by stage, with views of the current month and year, allowing the visualization of the consolidated performance of the sales team as a whole, and the sellers in relation to their targets.

Closed Sales - Current Month Shows the value of closed opportunities in the current month, indicating whether it is within the limits defined in relation to the target. Colors can be defined for the data range, to indicate, for example, green as satisfactory, yellow as caution and red as alarm. Sales Funnel - Current Month Displays all the opportunities of the current month, sorted by stage value of the opportunity. In this analysis, it is possible to identify the concentration by stage of opportunity, as well as the value of each one.

Share by Seller - Current Month Displays a comparative and participative view. In this case, we visualize the performance of each seller by stage and the actual value. Closed Sales Current Year Displays the value of closed opportunities in the current year, indicating whether it is within the limits defined in relation to the target. Colors can be defined for the data range, to indicate, for example, green as satisfactory, yellow as caution and red as alarm.

Sales Funnel - Current Year Displays all the opportunities of the current year, sorted by stage value of the opportunity. In this analysis, it is possible to identify the concentration by stage of opportunity, as well as the value of each one.

Sales KPI This dashboard displays the sales share by type of customer (new or existing), as well as the shares by country, source and seller. Opportunities by Customer Type - Current Month Displays a comparative and a participative view. In this case, we see the value and the contribution of each type of customer by stage.

Revenue by Customer Type - Current Year Displays the annual revenue of the closed opportunities, by customer type (New / Existing). Opportunities by Seller - Current Month Comparison between expected revenue and the actual revenue by seller, for the current month.

Sales by Country Current Year Participative annual chart with the closed won opportunities by country. Sales by Seller Current Year Participative annual chart with the closed won opportunities by seller.

Open Opportunities Ranking with the top customers by opportunity, with different status of closed won or closed lost. Lead Source Conversion Displays the value of the won closed opportunities, by the source of every opportunity. In this chart, we identify which marketing campaigns generate more sales.

Sales Evolution Display the monthly evolution of closed opportunities by seller, country, stage and type of customer in the current year. Sales by Stage Displays the evolution of each stage of the opportunity, month by month.

Won X Lost Displays the evolution of the closed won opportunities versus the lost ones, month by month. Sales by Country Displays the evolution of the closed won opportunities by country, month by month.

Sales by Seller Displays the evolution of the closed won opportunities by seller, month by month. Revenue for New Customers X Existing Customers Monthly comparative of the closed won opportunities, between new and existing customers..

Lead Analysis Displays an overview of the leads, showing the conversion percentual rate, as well as the status and participation by industry, vendor and source. Lead Owner by Month This area chart displays the monthly share of the sellers according to their lead quantities.

Leads by Source Participative chart with the amount of leads by source. Leads Funnel Current Year Displays the share of each stage in the process of converting the lead.

Leads by Industry Participative chart with the amount of leads by industry type. Leads by Seller Participative chart with the amount of leads by seller.

Leads Owner Breakdown Comparison between the conversion stages, where you can see the amount of leads as well as the stage by seller.

Reports Dashboard with operational reports with opportunities details. Monthly Variation Displays the monthly amount for the closed won opportunities and the percentual monthly change.

Ranking - Top 5 Accounts Ranking of the top 5 accounts sorted by the amount of closed opportunities. Ranking - Top 5 Countries Ranking of the top 5 countries sorted by the amount of closed opportunities.

Ranking - Top 5 Sellers Ranking of the top 5 sellers sorted by the amount of closed opportunities. Ranking - Top 5 Lead Sources Ranking of the top 5 lead sources sorted by the amount of closed opportunities.

Opportunities Report Report with opportunities details, sorted by the closing day of the opportunity.
