1. In the Box 1 ishower 2 1 Mount with Adhesive 3 AA Batteries 2. Getting Started 2.1 Battery Installation To install your ishower 2 batteries, follow these steps: Lift the ishower 2 kickstand. Using a coin, rotate the door lock located on the back of the ishower 2 counter-clockwise to unlock the battery door. Remove the battery door by lifting it from the left side. Insert the (3) three supplied AA batteries with their negative terminals (flat sides) compressing the springs. Ensure the batteries are secure and replace the battery door. Using a coin, rotate the door lock clockwise to lock the battery door. Battery Precautions: Do not mix new and old batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc) or rechargeable (ni-cad, ni-mh, etc.) batteries. Dispose of spent or damaged batteries according to manufacturer and local laws. 3

2.2 Powering On & Off To power on the ishower 2 : Press and hold the power button, located on the front of your ishower 2 for 2 seconds until the display reads HI. You will see the ishower 2 logo start to blink. To power off the ishower 2 : Press the power button located on the front of your ishower 2. The display will read BYE. 2.3 Pairing To pair your ishower 2 to your Bluetooth enabled mobile device or tablet for the first time, follow these steps: Go to your mobile device or tablet settings and turn Bluetooth on. For specific questions on how to enable Bluetooth on your mobile device or tablet, please refer to its manual. Power on the ishower 2. Hold the Bluetooth/Pair button for 5 seconds on the ishower 2 to enter Setup Mode. The screen will display, USE1 OPEN. Press the Play/Pause button located on the front of your ishower 2 to select, USE1. The ishower 2 will try to pair for up to 30 seconds. During these 30 seconds, select the ishower 2 in your Bluetooth settings on your mobile device or tablet. Once the connection has been made, the ishower 2 logo will stop blinking and turn solid. If you wait too long to select the ishower 2 in Bluetooth settings, the pairing may fail and you must repeat the process again from the 3rd step. To connect additional ishower 2 users (up to 5) follow these steps: Go to your mobile device or tablet settings and turn Bluetooth on. For specific questions on how to enable Bluetooth on your mobile 4

device or tablet, please refer to its manual. Power on the ishower 2. Hold the Bluetooth/Pair button for 5 seconds on the ishower 2 to enter Setup Mode. Open user profiles will be displayed as, USE # OPEN. Use the Forward and Backward buttons to select the proper USE#. Press the Play/Pause button to select the displayed user for setup. The ishower 2 will try to pair for up to 30 seconds. During these 30 seconds, select the ishower 2 in your Bluetooth settings on your mobile device or tablet. Once the connection has been made, the ishower 2 logo will stop blinking and turn solid blue. 2.4 Mount Installation With a wet cloth, clean the surface you are attaching the mount to. Wipe the surface with a dry cloth. Peel off protective cover on back of the ishower 2 mount. Place the mount at desired location with the ishower 2 logo facing the right way up. Press the mount against your surface for at least 60 seconds. Wait 24 hours before attaching the ishower 2 onto your mount. 3. Using the ishower 2 3.1 Navigating Between Users To navigate between saved users on your ishower 2, follow these steps: Press the Bluetooth/Pair button located on the front of your ishower 2 ; this will enter User Select Mode. The ishower 2 will display 5

the last user connected. Use the Forward and Back buttons to select a USE#. The ishower 2 will only display users that have been paired previously. Press Play/Pause to select a user. If a user is in range and Bluetooth is on, the ishower 2 will connect and begin playing audio. If the ishower 2 does not connect, it will display USE# FAIL. Make sure your device is within range, powered on and that Bluetooth is enabled. Repeat Section 3.1 to attempt connection. 3.2 Overriding Users To replace users on the ishower 2 follow these steps: Choose Selected USE# that you wish to override by navigating through saved users with the Forward and Backward buttons. Press the Play/Pause button to select. Hold the Bluetooth/Pair button for 5 seconds. Press the Play/Pause button. The ishower 2 will try to pair for up to 30 seconds. Tap on the ishower 2 in your Bluetooth pairing list on your mobile device or tablet to pair the new user. 3.3 Play/Pause/Forward/Backward 6 To play tracks, press the Play/Pause button. To pause a track, press the Play/Pause button. To skip to the next track, press the Forward button. To listen to a previous track, press the Backward button. (Note: This works with select audio apps). 3.4 Clock The adjustable clock on the ishower 2 gives you a view of the current time. To set the clock on your ishower 2 : Hold the Clock button located on the front of your ishower 2 until the

display starts blinking the current set time. Use the Forward and Backward buttons to set to the desired time. Press the Clock button again to set the time selected. To Display Clock time: Press the Clock button to display the current time. The time will display for 5 seconds. 3.5 Calls To answer incoming calls from your ishower 2, press the Backward button. To ignore/end a call on your ishower 2, press the Forward button. To switch a call from the ishower 2 to your phone, press and hold the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds. While still paired to the ishower 2, you can switch back to the speaker by pressing and holding the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds. You can only receive calls from the ishower 2 ; you cannot initiate calls. 3.6 Resetting Paired Users This will reset the ishower 2 to factory settings. All of your saved user profiles will be erased and the clock will reset. Hold the Play/Pause button and Bluetooth/Pair button at the same time for 10 seconds while the ishower 2 is powered on. The ishower 2 will display CLR Pair 5 times, then power off. 7

When attempting to set up a previously paired mobile device or tablet with the ishower 2, you will need to select Forget This Device from your Bluetooth setting options in order to create a new, clean connection. 3.7 Low Battery When the ishower 2 battery life is almost depleted you will receive a LO BAT warning. This warning will pause your music for up to 5 seconds while giving you the notification. The ishower 2 will still play audio, but it is recommended that you replace the batteries (details outlined in section 2.1). If the batteries are too low for the device to play audio, the Bluetooth logo will blink red and will not allow you to use the device until new batteries are installed. 4. P roblem Solving The following information covers some of the most common questions with the ishower 2. Q. Can the ishower 2 be submerged in water? A. No. The ishower 2 is water-resistant, not waterproof. Q. Can I stream to multiple ishower 2 s at once? A. No, due to limitations with Bluetooth, you are only able to stream to one ishower 2 at a time. Q. How many users can pair with the ishower 2? A. The ishower 2 can remember up to 5 users. Only one user can be paired at any given time. 8

Q. What is the battery life? A. The battery life is up to 25 hours. Q. What is the Bluetooth range? A. The Bluetooth range is up to 200ft, line of sight. Q. What happens if I walk out of range and lose my connection? A. If you walk out of range and your connection is lost, the ishower 2 will remain in pairing mode for 5 minutes waiting for your device to be in range for reconnection. If you are back in range within 5 minutes the ishower 2 will automatically pair and play. If the ishower 2 does not pair to your device within 5 minutes it will power down to conserve battery life. Q. Can I access Siri (or other voice controls) through my ishower 2? A. The ishower 2 does not support voice controls such as Siri. If you are playing audio through your ishower 2 and use a voice control on your device, the audio will pause until you are done interacting. 5. Disclaimer The ishower 2 is not to be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given proper instruction or supervision. Do not submerge the ishower 2, as it is built to be water-resistant, not waterproof. The ishower 2 requires 3 AA batteries. Batteries included. 9
