Threshold Reward When setting up a Threshold Reward Program for a merchant there are a few things that will be required in the setup. The first thing to consider is the ratio of points earned to dollars spent. Typically this will be one to one, meaning that if a customer spends $25 they earn 25 points. Some merchants may want to set this up differently, perhaps 2,5, or 10 points per dollar spent. If the merchant is using a ratio other than one to one an action will need to be set up that converts the dollars spent into the correct amount of points. Please see the Action Add instructions for details on how to do this. Once that is complete you can move on to setting up the action that rewards the cardholder after a threshold of points has been met. In this example the program is set up to issue a $20 reward onto the card once 200 points have been earned. Please review the Action Add Instructions for more details on each field below.
