Manual Pre Implementation Steps 1. Create/upload forms. NOTE All of the forms created (listed below) should be included in package P04F. 1.1. Go to transaction SFP. 1.2. After creating the form, at the Propriedades tab, enter the FB_XDP_UP transaction and include the HR_ES_COINEM_PE_XXX_2011.XDP file according to the release (for release 6.00 use the 600_FORMS.zip file attached to SAP Note 1596551; for release 6.04 use the 604_FORMS.zip file attached to SAP Note 1596551).

1.4. Save and activate. 2. Customize view V_T799BCFT. 2.1. Go to transaction SM30. 2.2. Enter V_T799BCFT and choose the Actual. pushbutton. 2.3. Select the forms listed below and choose the Desglosar <-> Ocultar pushbutton. 2.4. Limit start/end date of the last record of the forms below from 11.02.2011 to 31.12.9999 and press ENTER to confirm. Change the Nom.formul.sistema field of the records with limited start/end date from 11.02.2011 to 31.12.9999. NOTE All the system form names of the updated forms should have the suffix _2011. For example, for form HR_ES_COINEM_PE_XXX_2010_2, the Nom.Formul.Sistema field should be filled with name HR_ES_COINEM_PE_XXX_2011. 2.6. Repeat the steps above for all listed forms. 2.7. Save your entries.

3. Create the PES_SUFORM_COINEM_REDUCCION structure. 3.1. Go to the transaction SE11. 3.2. Enter PES_SUFORM_COINEM_REDUCCION in the Tipo de datos field and choose the Crear pushbutton. 3.3. Change the Descripción breve field to Contratos del Inem: Reducción Cuota Empresarial. 3.4. On the Componentes tab, create the new components below: Componente: REDCUO_SI Tipo de datos: CHAR Long.: 1 Componente: REDCUO_NO Tipo de datos: CHAR Long.: 1

3.5. Save and activate. 4. Customize view V_5F99FF_A. 4.1. Go to transaction SM30. 4.2. Enter V_5F99FF_A and choose the Actual. pushbutton. 4.3. Enter 04 in the Agrupación de países field. 4.4. Choose the Entradas nuevas pushbutton. 4.5. Fill the record according to the statement below: Campo: I_RCE Reducción Cuota Empresarial Inicio: 01.01.1800 Final: 31.12.9999 Mód.funciones: HR_ES_COINEM_DAQ_DEFAULT Tipo de datos: Datos Estructur. Datos: PES_SUFORM_COINEM_REDUCCION 4.6. Save your entries. 5. Customize view V_T5F99FD. 5.1. Go to transaction SM30. 5.2. Enter V_T5F99FD and choose the Actual. pushbutton. 5.3. Enter 04 in the Agrupación de países field; enter i170 in the Aplicación parcial field; enter top in the Identificación sección field. Press ENTER to confirm. 5.4. Choose the modify icon and choose the Entradas nuevas pushbutton to add a new record. 5.4.1. For i174, i176, i177, i181, i186, i187, i195, i196, i218 and i221, add: Campo: I_REC Inicio de validez: 01.01.1800 Fin de validez: 31.12.9999 Appl. i195 26 i196 23 i218 40 i221 24 5.4.2. For i183 add: Campo: I_BSS Inicio de validez: 01.01.1800 Fin de validez: 31.12.9999 Sec.: 29 5.5. Save your entries. 6. Update the structures. 6.1. Go to transaction SE11. 6.2. Enter PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_170 on the Tipo de datos field and choose the Modificar pushbutton. 6.3. Modify the structure by adding the following values at the last line: Componente: REDUCCION Tp. Componente: PES_SUFORM_COINEM_REDUCCION

6.4. Save and activate. 6.5. Repeat the steps above for the structures below: PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_174 PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_176 PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_177 PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_181 PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_186 PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_187 PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_195 PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_196 PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_218 PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_221 6.6. Enter PES_FORM_COINEM_PE_183 on the Tipo de datos field and choose the Modificar pushbutton. 6.7. Modify the structure by adding the following values at the last line: Componente: BONIFICACIONSS Tp. Componente: PES_SUFORM_COINEM_BONIF_SS 6.8. Save and activate. 7. Update the Web Dynpro. 7.1. Go to transaction SE80. 7.2. Choose the Browser de Repository pushbutton. 7.3. Choose Comp/Intf.Web Dynpro and search for PADES_COINEM. 7.4. Choose PADES-COINEM -> Views and do the following procedure for the views below: COINEM_PE_170 COINEM_PE_174 COINEM_PE_176

Right-click on I_DATA_STRUC, choose Create -> Node. 7.4.6. Enter REDUCCION in the Node Name field and press ENTER. 7.4.7. Right-click on REDUCCION, choose Create -> Attribute. 7.4.8. Enter REDCUO_SI in the Attribute Name field; enter String in the Type field. 7.4.9. Right-click on REDUCCION, choose Create -> Attribute. 7.4.10. Enter REDCUO_NO in the Attribute Name field; enter String in the Type field. 7.4.11. Save and activate the Context. 7.4.12. Go to the Layout tab. 7.4.13. Choose ROOTUIELEMENTCONTAINER -> Form. 7.4.14. Right-click and choose XML Schema Generieren. 7.4.15. At the next popup, choose Yes. 7.4.16. Activate the context again. 7.4.17. Repeat the steps for each view listed above. 7.4.18. Double-click on COINEM_PE_183 view. 7.4.19. Go to the Context tab. 7.4.20. Choose the modify icon. 7.4.21. Choose CONTEXT -> HR_ES_COINEM_PE_XXX -> I_DATA_STRUC. 7.4.22. Right-click on I_DATA_STRUC, choose Create -> Node. 7.4.23. Enter BONIFICACIONSS in the Node Name field and press ENTER. 7.4.24. Right-click on BONIFICACIONSS, choose Create -> Attribute. 7.4.25. Enter BONIFICACIONSS_A in the Attribute Name field; enter String in the Type field. 7.4.26. Right-click on REDUCCION, choose Create -> Attribute. 7.4.27. Enter BONIFICACIONSS_B in the Attribute Name field; enter String in the Type field. 7.4.28. Right-click on REDUCCION, choose Create -> Attribute.

7.4.29. Enter BONIFICACIONSS_C in the Attribute Name field; enter String in the Type field. 7.4.30. Right-click on REDUCCION, choose Create -> Attribute. 7.4.31. Enter BONIFICACIONSS_D in the Attribute Name field; enter String in the Type field. 7.4.32. Right-click on REDUCCION, choose Create -> Attribute. 7.4.33. Enter TRANSFORMACION in the Attribute Name field; enter String in the Type field. 7.4.34. Check if the Context COINEM_PE_183 is according to image below: 7.4.35. Save and activate the context. 7.4.36. Go to the Layout tab. 7.4.37. Choose ROOTUIELEMENTCONTAINER -> Form. 7.4.38. Right-click and choose XML Schema Generieren. 7.4.39. At the next popup, choose Yes. 7.4.40. Activate the context again.
