You access the service via the ebay SendIt platform. Here s how the Service works Post NL is the inventive partner in the world of sending and receiving, an essential link between the physical and the online world. 1 SET UP Link your ebay account and import your internationally sold items to ebay SendIt 2 PRINT YOUR LABEL you simply then pay for and print either individual or bulk labels via ebay SendIt 3 SEND PARCEL Drop the parcel at your nearest CollectPlus location 4 PARCEL IS DELIVERED Item is sent quickly and is fully-tracked until it arrives in your buyer s hands Post NL operates an integrated distribution network geared at the demands of internationally expanding e-commerce companies. The company currently handles over 130 million parcels each year for customers worldwide. Requirements for using this service You must offer international tracked postage in your ebay listings and be shipping within the EU Your parcels must not weigh over 10 kg in weight and measure over 50x50x30cm in dimension You are willing to take your parcels to a CollectPlus drop off point of your choice You must be an ebay.co.uk registered seller 03

How it works Preparation of orders Prepare your orders via ebay SendIt Link your ebay SendIt account to your ebay ID (or multiple ebay ID s) Your international sold items are automatically imported to ebay SendIt Pay for and print your labels Attach the label securely to your parcel Drop off Take your parcels to a convenient CollectPlus drop off point. National transit After you have taken your parcels to a CollectPlus drop off point, they ll be transported to the Post NL sorting depot in the UK. International transit As soon as your parcels arrive at the Post NL sorting depot in the UK, Post NL prepares your parcels for international transportation with fast and reliable transit times to selected destinations. Trusted delivery to your customers Post NL works with specialists in each country to ensure your parcels arrive quickly. In addition, your goods will be delivered by professional drivers with local knowledge of the area they deliver to. Returns In the event your parcels could not be delivered (after several delivery attempts), these parcels will be stored at a retail location in the destination country. If the customer does not collect the item, Post NL takes care of returning the parcel to you. Undelivered parcels will be charged back to the seller at the outbound rate 05

You can contact your Post NL Customer Service representative by emailing us at ebayuk@postnl. com You could send an enquiry to Post NL after your parcel has been accepted by CollectPlus. For correct handling of your enquiry, we need to know the Post NL barcode starting with 3SEBAY Please add your barcode in the subject line.
