HYbrid Hybrid courses are those that meet both oncampus and online. ore than 50 percent of a Hybrid course is scheduled oncampus and the rest is completed online. Hybrid courses offer the best of both worlds, facetoface time with the faculty and online flexibility. Benefits of a Hybrid Course: Facetoface time with the faculty for questions and/or lectures. The hybrid courses meets less frequently on campus than traditional classes, providing flexible course offerings for students who have demanding work schedules and/or family responsibilities. Example of a Hybrid Course: A TR class in traditional format meets both on Tuesdays and Thursdays on campus. A hybrid version of the same course will meet oncampus on Tuesday or on Thursday and the rest of the course is completed online.
