How to Add Chemical Inventory: Form IV Chemicals with the same product number and manufacturer will share the same properties and documents KEY Open: Indicates that container is open Represents the end of the shelf life Hide: Hides record from a chemical search except to Emergency Responder Owners and Data Administrators Surplus: Makes container available for adoption Secondary Container: Indicate if this container is poured off from another container in inventory Final Step: Click to save the new chemical and add it to the chemical inventory.
How to Add Chemical Inventory: Confirmation After clicking save you will be directed to the first form of the adding chemical inventory page and will be display a message confirming record was saved. Additional hazard notes are also displayed. Confirmation To upload or link missing SDSs click the upload missing SDS link and see Section Missing SDS. This link will not appear if the product number matches an existing SDS.
